Cleanliness, nice bed, nice room temperature.

No privacy at all. The "NO DISTURB SIGN" was turned on, but some Marriott staffs still quietly entered my room without my prior consent or approval, shifted personal items in the room, when I was not in the room between 10:00am-4:00pm, on 30Nov2022. For whatsoever reason, the Marriott personnel have not right to enter my room without my prior consent and approval, especially when the "NO DISTURB SIGN" is turned on, and especially when I am not around in the room. The Marriot Putrajaya really needs to start to learn and RESPECT their customer's privacy at all time, especially when the "NO DISTURB SIGN" is turned on. NO DISTURB MEANS NO DISTURB. PLEASE....

The highlight was in the breakfast spread. It was awesome. The staff were super nice, they remembered us from days before and made sure we had everything we needed.

1. The drinking water. With the room rate as such, I'm sure an upgrade to mineral water wouldn't be a biggie. 2. The bath tub should have a safety handle bar. I couldn't reach the towels on the rack above the tub and had to step into it. Would definitely help to have a safety bar to hang on to. 3. The housekeeping made our room but didn't empty the bin. (Read about it from the previous guests, and it happened to us too).

I actually planned a full week trip for my wife and kids, I thought that Marriot Putrajaya being in Putrajaya where its more towards business/spa retreat/company event location . I planned 1 night stay for the kid enjoy the dinner at IOI putrajaya and the swimming pool . It was a total surprise that the hotel pool area caters to kids activities . wanted to change the whole plan and stayed longer at Marriot but they say they were book full . Such a disappointment but thank you Marriot for making the stay such a wonderful stay for my wife and kids .

The renovation noise . too bad it is under renovation and upgrading . Hopefully they will update us when the renovation is complete and for us to try the new room layout .

Good proximity to large Mall and have free shuttle service Only stayed one night so unable to comment about much Breakfast was nice and the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful

A bit of building work happening but was made clear to us on arrival The pool was great but had around three of the lamp faces hanging off inside the pool which I’m sure is safe but was a bit unnerving The snacks / drinks were overpriced compared with similar hotels we have stayed in, mineral water was unavailable when we were by the pool

I loves the buffet line for breakfast. There are 8 of us, We really enjoyed all the food.

Room - I realised every room there's small box in front of mirror. That box was not properly installed. Reason being i can communicate with the person from next room (we don't know each other). The person from next room actually knock the wall coz he/she thought we make noice but later he/she knew that our voice came from the small hole there. Please rectify the situation, it's not good since this hotel is a 5 stars hotel.

The hotel was really spacious. The lobby itself & during check in at the counters its truly pack & congested yet its quite comfortable as its was huge & we can sit anywhere at available space. During our 1st check in day,I was entertained by a friendly staff at registration counter. The professionalism & good ethics should be given credit. The smile always on their faces even though the long queue. A very huge room(2 rooms),mine was a connection room as I bring my children along. The bed also big to fit 6 of us. The breakfast was lovely & various menu to choose off. We are being served at the table with complimentary coffee,latte/cappucino at your choice. The hour for breakfast quite long,and we can actually have breakfast cum lunch as the menu quite generous choice from light to heavy food. The hotel also provide bus to IOI Mall and available at every 1 hour,start from 10am. Swimming pool,gym & spa also wonderful. We have met a new friends also. Its a place to gather many kind of people,ethnic & language yet we can speak of 1 language that is tolerance,kindness,good deeds & with the right attitude. I have extended my stay & the staff have offered me a membership with marriot for the next stay at any of their hotel chain. Thank you to the committed & efficient staff. The staff is very kind enough to share the generous benefits as members of Marriot Bonvoi. They have make it an ease & comfortable stay for us. Everything meet the expectation & good job to the staff👍🏻

The bathroom has water all over the floor. The room that we request earlier via booking.com,which facing the pool not available as I need a connection room. However They have given me another units which the balcony facing the main entrance to the hotel and greenery area opposite the hotel. Not much to complaint about.

We stayed in the suite and it was very spacious as well as comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the Japanese restaurant.

The pleasant stay was somewhat marred by my visit to the spa on the day we left. We ordered 3 treatments - a massage and facial for me; a back massage for my daughter. Although both massages were excellent, the facial was sadly not up to standard. Even the products used did not seem to match the hotel’s 5 star rating. I spoke to the spa manager who clearly was not interested but I also highlighted the matter to the duty manager. Sometimes, it’s little overlooked details like this that can bring the hotel’s reputation down.

Me & my family love the food,especially breakfast.The breakfast time is quite long from 7-11am. The choices are various and delicious. The restaurant staff are very cooperative,helpful,polite and fast action. The reception staff very efficient and entertain us with understanding & full cooperation. Even though during our 1st check in to Marriot Putrajaya,it took us 2 hours before we can enter our room. As that day,300 guests check out & the room wasn't ready yet to occupy. The ambience and decoration quite presentable,the shuttle bus to IOI available on time and every 1 hour. Its very comfortable & accessible for us to go to IOI Mall which is quite nearby. All the hotel staffs are very cooperative,very helpful, very kind and quite efficient at their own task. I took connection room as I bring my children along,both room quite big & comfy (Deluxe king & Deluxe Twin of super single bed,with huge sofa bed each room) However,there are some improvement measures can be considered. Me,my husband and children loves the pool,the spa and gym section. We have spent more time at pool area as many activities can be done even for children. I would like to suggest that the playground,the sport and game facilities to be improvise. I believe many guest will appreciate it as their children are happy as well. I ll surely come back again with my family here to spent our holiday,especially as I have a priviledge of enrolling into the membership package. Thanks to Marriot Putrajaya Hotel Team👍🏻

Our toilet room (Deluxe king room 1024),the water quite flooded over the floor and its quite slippery. Maybe this matter can be brought to management's attention to avoid any unforseen circumstances. The tv remote of room 1023 is not functioning well. Luckily the TV remote of room 1024 can be used for room 1023 also.

Good room service. Called and (sometimes after some delay due to staff shortage) got extra pillow, new fridge, ice, TV remote repair etc. Raj Iskandar showed me around the buffet area before my family and I decided to go for the Buffet dinner. It was excellent and with discount too using credit card. While waiting for my room to be cleaned, Ronald gave me a temporary room to rest. It was the same room type, but different bed configuration.

Although I specified I would check in around 4pm, and I arrived a bit late before 5pm, I had to wait for the room to be cleaned and only managed to check in at 6pm+.
