room super as always........telly better than normal........would like bigger telly...........bathroom lovely..........as always

service very slow in bar area for food............same for breaky.............no milk on table all 3 mornings.............no toast came one morning had to ask few times................staff training required........... and maybe senior person on duty for breaky would be an asset...........i would revert to buffet for juice and cereals........asap.........would reduce delays and might help staff out big time.......................noticed many people waiting long times and looking bored..........if they could go for walk for juice and cereals , think it may be better all round.............thank you

clean , neat breaky area............could do with some more butter and salt.............and sugar..............no brown soda bread, yes i did ask, more staff training needed....................maybe hard to hear with mouth covers..................

background music in bar area, could do with less modern dance music and more classic hits.............. nice and low.............gale blowing in from terrace area......................cold after 6 bells....................need to close doors, ireland can get very cold after 6 bells......................even in june and july..........

dinner was good..................would like more choice.but virus is knocking on all heads............which is fine for now...........music choice i would question...............?? like music but would aim it at our age group................>>??............u know who is paying bills at your hotel................................breaky fast and nice...................

asked for tea and toast and brown bread.......................toast went missing......................could be the masks, could be staff training.......................more toast, more butter, more sugar please....................

We had a lovely family room with comfy beds. We stayed there 3 nights. Access to the play den was a huge bonus - our daughter loved it! The room was clean. The reception and waiting staff at breakfast very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Buffet breakfast as a table service and one of the staff who made our first breakfast experience not a relaxing one. (We think he was a shift manager or similar. He seemed very anxious and controlling, and that attitude trickled down the other restaurant staff, they seemed stressed out. We were observing him throughout our breakfast and felt sorry for the staff. We then witnessed the same person shout at one of the staff at the bar/restaurant. Totally unprofessional, unnecessary and disrespectful to the staff. He needs a proper leadership training, not a management one, a leadership one where he learns how to lead the team of people without having to control or shout at them.)

Very central location, very modern decor and plenty for the kids to keep occupied, a lovely den well equipped and entertainment in the evening.

The pool was nice except for a lady coming in to do aqua aerobics, she was quite rude the the people using the pool even my kids. She wanted a section cordoned off but nothing to block people from passing a certain area which confused my kids. She also told my 4 year old to keep inside the baby pool and not to put her hands over the side of it so she wouldn’t get the ground yet. Personally if she needed the ground dry she should have booked the whole pool out for a certain time because she made us feel very uncomfortable and we couldn’t enjoy ourselves as much as we should have been able to.

Second time away as a family and this is amazing compared to our other spot! The den(indoor play area) was amazing and so handy if the weather was miserable. And the pool was also great for families. When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite which was so so handy. We were travelling with a 10’month old and it gave her extra space to crawl and move about which she does a lot of now! It was also handy in the evening to leave her sleep in the cot by our bed while we were in the living area watching tele. If we got a standard room we would not have been able to do this. Staff were so accommodating when we told them our baby is an early riser…(5AM) they told us to look for the night porter and he could give us the key to “the den” if we needed to entertain baby earlier as the den didn’t open till 8am. Staff were also super accommodating with heating up baby bottles as well as baby’s breakfast too!! Will definitely be returning!! One happy family :-)

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Booked last minute and will definitely be back again. The food was fabulous, had dinner in the bar and then breakfast the next morning. All the staff were very nice but the bar staff were exceptional. In particular a lovely girl and guy, didn't get their names but they were fantastic. The room was extremely comfy and the leisure centre was definitely a highlight. Very lovely to be able to go for a swim after a yummy breakfast.

The safe in our room didn't actually lock but it's a small thing for such an overall great stay!

Loved the bunk beds in the room, kids had a great time making a camp inside of it :) beds were very comfy and staff were super friendly would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back. I would have loved to have gotten a chance to use the Den but we arrived later than expected on the check in day it looks absolutely amazing. Also, we loved the box or armbands available in the pool for the kids. Very good thinking on this and takes the pressure off having to buy/ think of bringing our own.

If I was to be picky I would have loved the buffet breakfast for the continental items, I know staff are used to guests asking for more bits but it would have been handy if I could have gotten juices and things like that myself and the kids.

The rooms were spacious and the staff and dinner menu were very good along with being able to enjoy a drink in the bar and watching the football. The swimming pool was good for the kids being quite shallow.

The breakfast could have been slightly better it was a bit dry and not a lot of hot choices. The room was a little cold and the heater when turned on made the room very dry. The location was a bit out of the town and required driving to get to.
