Location was great for the town centre & local places of interest. House & garden were immaculate, hosts were absolutely lovely, Julia was very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Emily the daughter was so helpful with my dental emergency, & directions. Breakfast was delicious. Room was serviced regularly. Bed was super comfy. The facilities were amazing. Ample Parking. Julia could not do enough for you. Both Julia & John met us on arrival, & Julia saw us off. We were sad to leave but will highly recommend, & hope to return one day.

The property was spotlessly clean and Julia and John were very welcoming and made every effort to please us all. Breakfast was made to order with a good variety and plentiful. Julia provided us with information on places to go, with maps etc and patiently took care of our every need. I would highly recommend their BnB to anyone travelling to Killarney.

Lots of parking on a spacious block . Clean facilities, with use of lounge area if needed. Friendly & welcoming hosts. Delicious breakfast with extensive options. Best accommodation of our trip to Ireland. A good base for exploring Ring of Kerry and around Killarney. Many many options for eateries in Killarney, and shops are open well into the evening over summer.

A wonderful stay in this easy to find B & B made our holiday even more special. Julia made us a wonderful breakfast every morning which was a great start to our day. You will need a car to get there but we used it as a base to the Ring of Kerry. Beds were very comfortable too. Supermarket not that far away

We feel it was a perfect stay, so no improvements needed. 😀

Everything about this accommodation is perfect. The people who own this house are really lovely host's who make you so welcome into their home. The breakfast is delicious and also a great variety of options. We would highly recommend this accommodation and will return the next time we are in Killarney

Julia and her husband are wonderful. The room and bathroom were both, very large and beautiful. The breakfast was really well done and you can choose between different menus, so everyone will find something. Silent night in a very comfortable bed with perfect hosts and a delicious breakfast - Would come back everytime

Everything. From the warm welcome we received from Julia to the delicious breakfast. Nothing was to much trouble. The room was decorated lovely and the bed was really comfy, also having two chairs to relax on if needed. Is a bonus. So many only have the bed to sit on. The on suite was warm and even a chair to sit on in there. A bonus after a long day to be able to sit down and remove your socks etc before getting into the shower. Having a guest lounge was also brilliant with again lovely comfy seating. And we enjoyed a couple of nights sitting in there, chilling and watching television. Breakfast! Choose the night before what you would like. It was delicious. And such a lovely change to have poached eggs instead of fried with our full Irish breakfast. On a couple of morning's we even had freshly made fruit cake to try. We didn't need to eat anything until tea time. It was a lovely sunny day when we arrived and after a long journey, it was nice to be able to sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun and chill. Our room was at the back and over looked the garden and then a field, I loved watching the calfs play, and running about. Nothing was to much trouble for both Julia and John. We had a brilliant stay and hope next time we visit Ireland we can stop with them again.

Everything! Julia, the host is really lovely and friendly. The house was beautiful and spotless. The bed was the most comfortable bed, I think I ever slept in and the foods was second to none. I could not recommend this B&B highly enough.

It was one of the nicest accommodation we experienced while touring Eire. The breakfast was amazing. Eggs were soft and fluffy, salmon was delicious. Irish breakfast appreciated by my other half. Helpful with any requests.

Nothing upset us during our stay

Lucy was great. She made us feel at home and comfortable. Breakfast was also home cooked, well made and in plenty.. Spotlessly clean and good size room and bathroom.

Shower pressure was low. Some road noise (but not too bad).
