Location was perfect for family wedding we were attending in the area. Facilities were spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. Lovely lounge to relax in too. Rosemary answered lots of questions I had messaged her with and was very helpful in recommending somewhere for dinner in the area. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for our host. Views were beautiful, especially when your bedroom window allows you to watch a gorgeous white horse running in the fields beside the house.

Perfect place to stop en route from Dublin to Donegal. The host is very friendly, the location is very quiet. The room and bathroom were very clean. Bathroom is rather small, but functional. A shelve to put some of your toilettries would be helpful. Breakfast was good and tasty. Upon arrival we were served tea and cookies. Very nice welcome!

The bed was a bit hard, others may like that, we did not. But that is a minor detail and a very personal thing.

A beautiful home in the country side. The owner/staff couldn’t do enough, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I met the owner that afternoon when I arrived and immediately she offered me a variety of cakes and biscuits, and did not charge for them. There are tea making facilities in the seating area which was a nice touch. The breakfast was beautiful! There was cereal, bread plus a full Irish! I was eating just for the sake of eating at one point. The owner knew I didn’t drive and she came to me and told me that her husband would give me a lift in to the town which i did appreciate. Staying here It felt like I was a guest in someone’s home. I will definitely be staying here again!

Rosemary could not have been more welcoming, considerate or helpful. Full Irish breakfast was excellent with plenty of juice, fruit, cereals and coffee and wholesome bread. My room with ensuite was clean, attractive and comfortable. Good wifi and TV. The dining room and conservatory lounge were comfortable and homely with wonderful views over the Irish countryside. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits available. The garden has tables and chairs from which to enjoy the view and plenty of lawn and swings for children. I was greeted with tea, scones and biscuits which was a nice surprise. There is a good 3 mile walk to Baillieborough nearly all on the quiet old road which was fun and a very good hotel restaurant and bar when you get there.

There was nothing to be unhappy about. It is a very good value for money B+B in a lovely rural location.

Wish we had found this place at the beginning of our trip to Ireland rather than the end! Great scenery, wonderful hosts, great breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Bonus sitting room with a view of the countryside and the farm and horses. Did I say the hosts were great! We also went to their daughters horse facility and did a 2 hour horse ride through the woods and by Castle Lake.

That we only stayed there 1 night. The place was literally the best place we stayed at in over 3 weeks moving around Ireland.

Very clean and tidy. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent out of this world. Homemade brown bread and muffins along with a hearty full irish Breakfast. The way it should be.

Excellent facilities, very clean and comfortable,great attention to detail.Lovely guest lounge adjoining dining room to relax in. Coffee and tea station in dining room to help ourselves to outwith meal time, very welcome.

Nothing to dislike,Rosemary could not do enough for us. Would recommend to family and friends, will certainly be back.

spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Rosemary went above and beyond expectations to make us welcome and look after us, including leaving out a breakfast for us for our very early departure when we couldn’t stay for the cooked breakfast.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, can't wait to stay there again. The views from the property are spectacular also the dogs 🐕 were very friendly as well.

There was nothing I didn't dislike.

Rosemary was the perfect host, kind and friendly and always kept up the lines of communication open. The rooms were lovely and very clean with fresh towels and loads of hot water. We had to leave very early in the morning but a delicious cooked breakfast was laid on despite this.
