The whole property is beautiful! Rooms are big, mine included a mini-fridge and a balcony with a couple of chairs. Pool is big, property is beach front, staff is super friendly, includes breakfast. I felt safe at this hotel while traveling by myself.

The noise from trucks passing by is too loud, even at night, but I understand that's not the hotel's fault. I'm still making the comment for people who are more sensitive to noise (or traveling with a baby) to consider it. The chairs in the balcony of my room were very smelly.

The location was excellent but we couldn’t sleep one night because of loud music apparently from across the street.

The property needs some TLC, it’s a beautiful location on the beach but the hotel itself is starting to show wear. Stair areas and hallways need PAINTING as well as the bridge to the swim up bar.

Our room was a bit too close to kitchen- lots of activity and noise from very early in morning- so if we wanted to sleep in past 6 or 7am it was difficult

The restaurant took a little to long to serve the food and then bring the check each time we ate there. Also, we asked for box breakfasts twice when we got up too early to eat breakfast at the dining room. The box breakfasts need major improvement. A tasteless sandwich, water and some fruit. Come on you can do better than that.

We stopped here one night on our way from San Jose to Manuel Antonio. It was a perfect stop. The room was clean and adequately comfortable. We really enjoyed the terrace restaurant! For both dinner and breakfast, the service was excellent and with friendly staff. You sit right by the ocean and listen to the waves. The food was delicious and plentiful. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool. The beach is nice for walking, though the surf will keep you from swimming.

Ocean side hotel with wonderful beach. Food was good. Seems like mostly locals at the time we visited

No safe in room, and when I asked for a safe, they brought one but it was not secured so we didn’t feel secure using it. This was somewhat problematic because we had to have our documents with us. The door lock was very flimsy and also not very secure

Nice hotel out of Jacó when you don't want to stay in the city rush. The beach (playa Hermosa) is amazing, we got nice and long walks there. Swimming pool with bar is nice, it can get crowded during weekends when locals visiting. The rooms are nice, average, all you need for what you pay.

Staff really helpful eventho we got feeling as the tourist season due to Covid is weak they wanted to get most of us and the quality of food and services bit lower

The staff fantastic! Beautiful pools Rooms are standard the only difference with delexe is a small refrigerator.

Rooms shiuld have a small coffee maker. Some rooms are noisy with music and traffic

Great location on a beautiful beach, restaurant overlooking the ocean. Staff were lovely can’t do enough for you. Big room, really clean, fridge and A/C

unfortunately there was construction around the main pool. you could still use it but areas were cordoned off and there was noise from builders so no one did. Shame as pool was lovely . This place would’ve been 10/10 perfect if no construction at the time of my stay

Pool was really nice, long beach for walking and enjoying the water and sun! Having a drink, listening to the ocean waves and watching the macaws and sunsets -priceless!

Too many iguanas-one jumped and grabbed the burger from the hands of a lady sitting at the pool lounge chair.
