The staff was very friendly and accommodating.We enjoyed interacting with them. We also loved how close the condo was to everything. It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go in town.

I wish the televisions in the condo gave you the ability to stream movies. Also, the black out curtains in the master bedroom of condo #11 don’t go all the way to the top of the sliding glass doors so light starts coming in around 5:00am making it more difficult to stay asleep. Outside of that, the condo was perfect.

My son and I needed a place for two nights until our room was ready at another place. The staff was great and it was a perfect solution. The condo compound was a really nice area for families (and more).

The main reason we had already booked the hotel we moved to is it’s right on the beach (perfect for my 7 year old). This is a close walk but the ease of being right on the beach with my son made life easier. We loved our brief stay and would love to come back though.

I enjoyed the scenery, the condo was very spacious, clean, staff was more then amazing. Fany at the front desk was more than helpful from the time we booked our room , to booking our excursions as well as booking an extra nights stays as our flight was rebooked. Nelson the guard and Martin very nice. Nelson & I had a quick Spanish lesson as he tried teaching me how to ask for a taxi while I was away from the condo. We were also minutes away from jaco Beach and all the eateries you can literally walk. We will definitely stay here again. Service was superb.

I didn't dislike anything

Location was GREAT. Within walking distance of good restaurants, stores, beach and more. I loved the condo compound with security. We felt incredibly safe all the time! The Condos were huge with laundry in each unit. The kitchens and gathering rooms were spacious. Great location for Jaco! Very comfortable! We would definitely stay in this property again.

Needed More pillows and optional extra blankets. However the staff were delightful and willing to answer our requests.

Great location in town right off the Main Street. Quiet, clean and secure. Washer and dryer in room along with a full kitchen. No issues whatsoever.

There was a bit of a musty odor in the room, probably due to the humidity and air conditioner.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. I was able to book all of my excursions at the hotel which was convenient. The prices for the excursions were good prices. Felt the hotel did a great job of keeping the facility safe during covid 19

Beautiful place! Perfect stay! Karen at the front desk was super helpful and booked a great ATV excursion and super fabulous in-room massage. Can’t wait to come back!

Only negative is the jacuzzi wasn’t warm- only bubbles. No other bad review!
