NH Collection Bogota Terra 100 Royal

I think it was a really good start to my adventure trip in Colombia. The hotel was in a good location, and the room was very much spacious with good facilities and a nice view out the window. Staff were fairly helpful, I don't have any significant complaints to place on them. The area was safe, overall a good experience. Perhaps a bit pricey for their overall service and room, but not to the high extent that I'm left disappointed at the end.

Staff could have been more supportive with transportation and guidance around the area. The feel/vibe wasn't the greatest, but overall, I'm happy.

The hotel was very nice and peaceful, our room was very big and clean. The location was fine. The food was amazing. I love the fact that if you stay more than 2 nights and you request to “please do not clean my room”, they give you a voucher for a free non-alcoholic beverage (water, juice,etc). I love the fact that we needed to leave early (we had an emergency) they didn’t charge us for the day we didn’t used, it was extremely nice of them, that was amazing.

The only we didn’t like (is not the hotel’s fault) is most things like restaurants, shops, etc. were at least a 10 minute walk. But I think is just how Bogota is design.

Spacious room, very quiet and clean. Front desk staff was friendly. All common amenities are available and the bed was comfortable.

While the shower was great (large and good pressure and temperature) it was a rain shower without a separate hand held shower head, which I prefer. The layout of the open bathroom right next to the bed offers no privacy if you’re more than one person in the room and when someone uses the toilet in the middle of the night the light shines very brightly into the room because the toilet walls are made of opaque glass.

As a solo backpacker, my top priority is safety. I spent a week in this area and loved it - it's a very nice and secure business district. Although I'm not a morning person and didn't have breakfast, I did take a look at the breakfast buffet, which had a vast selection and was decorated in a cute heart theme for Valentine's Day. The lobby had treats and infused water available for guests every day, which was a nice touch. The restaurants were clean and beautiful, and I enjoyed a good dinner there. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's easy to get around by foot, bus, or Uber, and I would stay here again in the future. The staff was friendly and sweet, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

the location is awesome! the room was well lit, and with huge windows!

the toilet was too close to the bed, so even if you know your partner well, privacy is needed. Either change the position of the bed or add additional door for the bathroom. Everything bathroom related is separated. next to the bed you will find an open sink, the shower cubicle on the left of it and the WC on the right. So, everyone is close to you if you are doing number 2 and they can clearly hear everything.

+ big and nicely decorated room, pretty quiet with a lot of light and big windows, comfy beds + breakfest buffet was good, + nice terrace with the gym on 10th floor with nice views over Bogota + friendly and helpful receptionists + location (safe) on the main Calle 100, close to clubs, restaurants etc.

- staff at the breakfest was a bit chaotic/understaffed, they mixed orders, quality of breakfest buffet was varying a lot (some days impecable buffet, some days quite average)

The location is very safe, the room very comfortable and the cleaning staff very good.

I was looking for a more touristy hotel, this hotel is usually more for business trips and conventions in general. The staff are very polite but they are not that friendly. Their food is not of the same quality as the hotel.

The best!! I loved everything. I thought i booked with breakfast included, it wasnt so; i had to pay it seperately. It was Worth it, they have different breakfast packages LOVED IT!. Beautiful hotel, staff and Service Super Amazing. On our last day, we had couldn't get in contact with the covid test company we booked with, The Front desk agent managed to get us a different appointment with another company RIGHT AWAY!

Everything was Good. The neighborhood was a little quiet tho. No Complaints at all!

it was a great location in Usaquen district. The staff was very friendly - we never encountered anybody that never smiled with us or went out of their way to make us comfortable. we were celebrating my husband‘s 30th birthday and they put sweet treats in the bedroom to welcome us there. I love Touches like that at any hotel and they really made us feel welcome after a long and tiring journey from Jamaica.

Restaurants in the area are very European (absolutely recommend the Italian restaurant la vita e bella). As we had already had three weeks of colombian food this was no problem for us at all, but if it's your first stay in Bogotá you might want to look for something more in the center and closer to authentic restaurants and all attractions Far from the center, takes easily an hour to get from A to B during rush hour
