Best Western Plus 93 Park Hotel

We had a wonderful time here, and would be happy to book again on our next trip to Bogota. The location was superb (right near Park 93, which has all sorts of nice restaurants and shops) and very safe, the breakfast was reliable and convenient, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and clean.

A bit of noise from the hallway in the morning and adjoining rooms (although we brought ourselves a noise machine, so nothing too unbearable), and the hotel-provided shampoo wasn’t the best. The towels were also not super fluffy. These are all minor complaints, though. The hotel was overall great!

We stayed here for two weeks. The employees here became family - at every level of service. Top notch. The location is very safe to walk to the dozens and dozens of restaurants all around you. The staff will arrange rides for you and answer all questions. If you don’t know Bogota, this is the place to comfortably start your exploration of this great city! All the usual good stuff: hot showers, clean, rooftop bar, excellent breakfast.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Little English was spoken but that didnt stop the staff from trying to assist us as best they could.

I was looking forward to the rooftop bar but it was being refurbished and therefore it was not accessible. Would have been nice to know up front. The water was off in our room for a while and we were not told in advance.

The room was great, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good, the staff very nice, fantastic coffee. Location great, I wanted a good location without being in the Zona T that has too many people, noise, and bars. Taxis are at disposition in front of the hotel most of the day and has a good choice of restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to the commercial area near Zona T (a short 10-minute walk) walking through very nice residential areas and parks, without the Zona T hassle.

My room phone never worked, reported it several times, but was never fixed.

everything was perfectly fine for a 4 Star hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is excellent and in a very good and safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants around. Hoteltaxis are available - recommendable for longer trips.

the breakfast was average though appropriate for the level. There are also places around where breakfast is available.

location is great easy to get a taxi, walking distance to one of the largest malls in Bogota, Unicentro. Two blocks from el parque de la 93, this city square is surrounded by restaurants and cafe's.Across the street many food options. The Anand spa ladies were professional got my best massage in many years. Travel during Covid is challenging. The hotel had information about where to get tested for those of us traveling back to USA I arranged an in room test.

the spa tables are by the treadmills in the gym nt the best for quit and relax. main elevators not working ahd to go all the way to the back to get in the elevator. some weird desk in the living room i kept bumping against it best to get rid of it.

We enjoyed our stay there, thanks to very kind reception staff, always keen to give a piece of advice and to organize some activities outside the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was huge and confortable. The breakfast was very good, with quite of lot of choice. The neighborhood is perfect to go from one place to another, and very calm, you have many restaurant options 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the drivers on hand were superb, nothing was too much of an ask overall great experience. The rooms were extremely clean, and everything we needed.

Roof terrace was closed due to maintenance works which was a shame during our stay

My only concern (hence the 9/10 review) is I tried to reach out to the hotel before I arrived for airport shuttle and they never responded. Other than that everything was great!

All the staff is welcoming, attentive, friendly. William from the restaurant and Gimena at the front desk made us feel really comfortably. Rooms are spacious, super clean, there is SpA and a small gym and a terrace at the top to enjoy a nice view and a delicious Colombian coffee! Although our stay was not for business, we notice there are meeting rooms and business facilities that make it ideal for short business stays.
