Four Points By Sheraton Bogota

The location is safe and great in a quite residential neighborhood 4 blocks from park 93 where there is dinning and cafes and 10 blocks from zona Rosa. I was able to sleep great because you don’t hear traffic or cars, the windows are sound proof. Very safe neighborhood and easy to walk to la 15 a few blocks away from a laboratory to do the COVID test. Everything was super clean for the virus and I upgraded to a city and Mountain View with lots of windows. The service was excellent, Sandra and Manuel were great at reception. The restaurant seating outdoor is so beautiful they have heaters at night. The bathroom is beautiful everything looks new and contemporary like a 5 star hotel. I will stay here again! I have travel here many times and this is the best hotel.

Totally exceeded our expectations. The staff was beyond excellent, hotel was clean and very comfortable. Gym is okay for a short stay. Breakfast is really good. Location is excellent. Will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Bogotá.

I personally didn’t love the faucet system in the shower but that’s just my preference. I found it complicated and it always tilted to the right. Also, be very careful because the water gets extremely hot very quickly, even in the sink. Be aware if you are with your kids.

we stayed here for my birthday and we had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Also, the location is perfect! close proximity to everything. Breakfast was well balanced and sufficient.

Laundry fees were a bit overpriced. Also, the air conditioner was set on one temperature throughout our stay and at times the room became hot. Despite us calling in a technician, this problem was not resolved.

Expresso coffee with an extra charge?? Not appropriate

Checkin ok, I had a registered credit card through Booking + they checked it during checkin, I ordered room service the first night and no problem. Ordered again the second night and they wanted me to come down to the lobby because they “didn’t have my credit card 😳. I said they had it and hanged the phone. At 5 am in the morning, my brother who was with me had a transfer to the airport and again! They said they didn’t have a credit card and I had to come down to the lobby to give them my credit card!! So my brother could leave!! The person at the reception was rude and disrespectful.

Excellent value for money! Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Location was great, 10 or so minutes walk to a lot of trendy restaurants and cafes in the north part of the city.

We had a room that was interconnected with another room, the noise of our neighbour could always be heard. Not sure if every room was like this. Perhaps thin walls? Breakfast was ok, but not amazing. Had to pay extra for espresso coffee.

The Duty Manager at 1:30 AM helped us with so many information, The day tour by Hotel Taxi was very good. Housekeeping is good. Overall Staff is very helpful.

Breakfast can definitely improve, empty buffet pots do not get refilled fast even after requesting, self service tea & coffee station can reduce lot of waiting reducing burden on servers.

the hotel staff was exceptional. Especially the restaurant. I was somewhat of a difficult guest and they never got angry about anything. They were all smiles and very exceptional people. Again I was difficult but not on purpose but with someone I was with and they saw to everything was great. I value the people the most. Will stay again definitely.

I enjoyed everything

the location is surprisingly close to hospitals, medical clinics, malls, stores, etc. If you are looking for a place in the west of the city to get your business done is great. Gym is open with reservation for 30min to 1 hr slots, which is great to get a workout done. Restaurant is slightly slow but food is great and tasty, highly enjoyable. Staff is very helpful and friendly 100%. They follow Covid social distancing very well, and are very delicate to let you know how those work

breakfast was good, but you had to get down to the restaurant, where some other people staying at the hotel did not follow proper rules of social distancing and were upset when staff asked them to do so. If I wanted breakfast delivered to the room, I had to pay a surcharge, which I think if should have been included in the room charge, would have avoided issues.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff, close to Parque 93, facilities all work (exc. the pool), and staff do their best to make sure stay is both enjoyable and productive. gracias.

I liked that they allowed my wife to do an early check in when she arrived at 7 am from her flight. The location was also great, very centric and it was a safe zone. The staff was also friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I really loved how comfy the bed was and the amazing view it had!

They should offer a little bit more of a variety in the breakfasts.
