Blue Suites Hotel

Lovely hotel, in a very nice location in Bogota, though not very close to the historic centre. Breakfast was amazing and most staff were really kind

While checking in, the front desk staff wanted to charge me extra 20USD per day for a second person in the room, while the price for 1 and 2 people was exactly the same in Booking.com. Unfortunately, this could only be solved after saying we would contact Booking, which was a waste of my time.

The staff were phenomenal and a special shout out to Victor who made our morning brighter. Awesome breakfasts. We loved the hot shower, but unfortunately had to climb into a jet tub to access. The building is showing signs of wear which isn’t a huge concern, other than drawers that don’t close and dirt in corners and handprints all over glass windows. Our booking showed a little patio table on balcony, but we had just potted plants. perhaps the biggest concern was virtually no wifi in our room. we were unable to conduct our business or touch base with loved ones back home.

- Safe location, great eateries around - Bed was super comfortable - Rainfall shower and toiletries were SUPERB and high quality - Staff was attentive and extremely polite - Blackout curtains means you will sleep like a baby - Breakfast was served hot and made to order with a great variety

- Carpet had many deep stains, looked a bit dirty - The location is great but it’s close to a big avenue and you will hear the cars driving by, people yelling out on the streets which wouldn’t be a problem if they had air conditioning (which they don’t, and I get it, Bogota gets nice and cold at night) but keep that in mind - The sound insulation is very poor, because we were somewhat close to the elevator we got to hear all the folks coming back late at night and shouting at each other on the hallways, security could perhaps educate them to keep it down

Great location - nice, safe neighborhood with a lot of restaurants. Walking distance to Andino mall (15 min) and Park 93 (10 min) Nice, helpful staff Clean, spacious, quiet room with comfortable bed As we were leaving the hotel early, they gave us a package with the breakfast (sandwich, fruit, juice) Good internet

Not too many options for the breakfast fruits(mostly papaya) /cereals, eggs, coffee/hot chocolate, but it gave enough energy for few hours to start the day :)

I spent more than one week here for business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location, comfortable rooms and even there is an excellent desk for working. I am especially very grateful with the eficientes service provided by the hotel in terms of customer services and I want to highlight the labour of Don Carlos, who is always paying attention to details while you are staying here. The location, it is near the 93 park and many restaurants and pubs. Also the bedroom is very big and comfortable

The TV doesn't have Netflix or any other streaming services, and the cleaning of the bedroom wasn't the best one.

Good breakfast although not enough to satisfy my teenage son. Rooms were attractively decorated, had good curtains that blocked the light. The staff was very attentive. We took advantage of the Spa which was very nice and reasonably priced.

The wireless on the 6th floor was not strong.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was very attentive and nice! The location is excellent!

The rooms where kind of old fashioned, yet very comfortable. Our terrace door was broken and we got some allergies the first day probably because of some dusty surfaces (rugs or curtains).

Great location, friendly staff, well equipped room, everything was how it should be. There's also very conveniently a pharmacy out front.

Spa was closed on day we went and we were told we were unable to use those facilities.

The facilities are really good, the staff is super nice, the food is super good and tasty

The spa is closed on sundays and the bed wasn’t that comfortable
