NH Collection Bogota Andino Royal

The bed was super comfortable... Best I've had in Colombia.. And I've stayed in many many hotels there. Staff friendly, room spacious and very clean. Water nice and hot quickly. Very enjoyable stay. Perfect location near to the Zona Rosa restaurants, mall, pubs, bars etc

Only small criticism the bathroom shower / toilet area was quite small... Especially compared to the size of the suite... But not a big issue, just seemed like it should have been larger

Nice big room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Location was excellent, a short walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Felt very safe. 😊

On the last morning of our stay, breakfast was a bit disorganised. No cutlery, plates and coffe cups for use. Had to ask staff for assistance, but they were prompt in getting to our request.

By far the best is their staff, all of them are helpful to the stream! polite and kind. Excellent! The location is close by lots of great restaurants, great shopping and bars. The hotel is very clean, good quality linens, pillows and towels. Very good breakfast and again super nice staff!

The building entrance could be nicer and the elevators need to be upgraded.

Great location to all the good restaurant and shopping. Everything you need is walking distance away. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room was good size and comfortable. The gym was a descent size and got some good workouts in.

Its on a very busy street so crossing is always more challenging. They serve drinks but they don't have that traditional hotel bar like you expect in the states.

Felipe on reception was excellent he looked after us from day we arrived. All staff were very friendly. Hotel rooms were clean and beds comfy

Beware that Bogota is at 3000 metre so you struggle to breath normally as its 3rd or 4th highest capitals

Great facilities and good breakfast. Lovely location if you want to be in Chapinero. Just know it is a 25 min drive to the centre of Bogotá.

We were really disappointed with the lady at breakfast who tried to force us to tip her. Our breakfast was included and I’ve never been collared like this in all my travelling life. She told us it was normal in Colombia, it isn’t, we had been there for a month by that point. That really upset us as it was a blatant lie and attempt to get money for average to poor service, which I do not believe in.

Location, clean and comfortable facilities, healthy breakfast, welcoming and helpful friendly staff, spacious rooms, safe transportation services.

The internet was down for more than 3 days and there was no notification about it. The laundry charges are overpriced.

This is the first hotel I’ve ever like after going several times to Bogota. at the Checking Raul came and give us hot handtowel to clean our hands or face if we want to and offer us coffee or Tea. very friendly staff. room was spacious and bed was very comfortable

The breakfast was very good and provided a large variety of quality food. The location was better than expected - could walk to great restaurants (and shopping). Staff was extremely helpful in assisting with getting drivers, selecting restaurant, etc.

Great service, staff was very attentive, taxi was very accessible, clean. Goid breakfast, and the surroundings were perfect , mall, restaurants, nightlife

Was very saddened by young mothers with babies sleeping on the sidewalk.
