Four Points by Sheraton Moncton

I like that the whole hotel is pet friendly. The staff is excellent. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The pantry with snacks is nice!

This will be my second stay where the hotel restaurant was not open. This was unfortunately a huge let down. There is no place with in reasonable walking distance to get food or drinks so we had to leave the hotel anytime we wanted to eat or even have a beer/cocktail. It unfortunately just makes the overall experience less enjoyable. However I did see construction going on in the area the resurant used to be. I hope that a new restaurant bar is going in and that it will be up and running by our next stay. If not we will probably opt to stay somewhere with a bar/restaurant or something more central

Clean room and facilities. The staff was great, and I have stayed there on multiple occasions. I had access to the gym.

Room was clean but I find small for a room with two queen beds. Have stayed there before and got a better room more space and felt more comfortable. The bathroom I did not like. The fact that it was so expensive, and breakfast was not included.

Need electric plug and charger connectors in both end tables, not just one. If both people are on C-PAP machines this is a problem. It is a problem just if you have cell phones to charge that your use for an alarm clock. Shower is great, but there are not shelves to put your own cleaning products if you chose to use them.

Very clean rooms. The employees at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful helping us find the best way to get to a concert were seeing that evening. Excellent customer service.

Price. But we booked a room a day before a huge concert in town though. So I'm guessing prices are not that expensive normally ( $400 a night )

The hotel was sparkling clean throughout, even the staircase! The fact that we could open the windows in our room was a big plus. Fresh air is so much better than recirculated air. We were upgraded to a deluxe king room upon arrival, which was a great surprise. There are plenty of stores nearby for those who like to shop, as well as several walking trails off of Mapleton Road. The free parking is yet another big plus at this hotel. We ate supper at the restaurant and were really pleased with the friendly service and the well prepared meals. Everything we ordered was delicious.

It would be nice to be able to eat breakfast at the hotel, but it may be offered again after Covid restrictions are lifted.

I liked that it was so close to a lot of nice restaurants and good shopping! Still very modern and clean. They aren’t stingy when it comes to towels and facecloths. Loved how they have the the soap by the sink in pump form. Curtains did a great room darkening job.

It was our wedding night and my husband called the day before to ask to upgrade to a suite - the hotel was very accommodating and at no extra charge, upgraded us to the suite. It was comfortable, spacious and overall a great stay!

Our stay was great, went for 2 nights with my boyfriend for a little late anniversary getaway. Room was nice, expected a smart TV to hook up to our Netflix but they just had a regular one with cable tv unfortunately. Not a huge deal though. There was a room next to us that had a dog with them which would bark constantly whenever the owners would leave so that was very frustrating as the dog was loud. Otherwise, the stay was great! Thank you

The shower and room was good and the location for what we intended to do was excellent.

Had no pool and the didn’t put out two rooms on same floor with family as requested. Also had no breakfast offered and the restaurant wasn’t opened yet but still charged full rates.

location, cleanliness

cost is high, was stuck so had to pay it. I thought it was business travellers but nope there were lots of kids there. we had two running around at 10 pm slamming doors, I went out and asked them to stop it and stay in their own room. they did !!
