Best Western Plus Moncton

Breakfast was good but two nights there was a lot of noise coming from a nearby room - like a family fighting! It was 11 p.m. and was not appreciate as my granddaughter and I were exhausted because of loved one in Moncton Hospital!

Be sure there is no noise at all after 10 p.m. - you have a huge hospital and we are not the only family from PEI coming here with a seiously ill relative so please be sure noise level is way down - completely gone from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Maybe have a staff member walk through the halls around 9:45 p.m.!

Breakfasts were great! Suited our needs very well. The staff working ‘breakfast’ were phenomenal! Friendliness -10. Accommodating -10. Fun - 10. All the time tending to the food and all patrons at all times. Other hotel staff were also friendly and accommodating but never spent as much time with them as we did the ‘breakfast girls’.

Complimentary breakfast was nice, the temperature of our room was so nice!! Loved the fact that the air conditioning was already on when we got there! Both my spouse and I also really loved the shower the water pressure was great!!

Cleanliness could have been a little bit better. At the back entrance was a garbage can that was overflowed from the time that we got there to the time that we left two days later. Staff was also very to the point and weren’t the friendliest. I’ve stayed at hotels before where the staff have been incredible and so friendly. When it was time to check out there was three staff members standing behind that counter talking about personal things and whenever I did get to check out they were very quick and went right back to their conversation before I was even out the door.

Front desk staff were friendly and informative. Appreciate the recommendations she gave us for dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom! Good soundproofing as the room was very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful—eggs, bacon, French toast, fresh fruit, juice and coffee.

The access to the parking lot is tricky and the signage is in the wrong spot. In discussion with the front desk, this can’t be helped or changed by the hotel as it is due to a city bylaw. once you figure it out, you never overshoot the entrance again.

Room was good, breakfast was good. Location was good next to the mall. Hotel rates are so expensive these days, paying over $200 a night with taxes and all..It’s a $140 a night hotel room that turned into $200+ with inflation…

Everything was good. Can’t complain

The breakfast was great, the coffee was really good. The staff was very helpful. The location worked well for where we needed to be . The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. Our room had a good size fridge and lots of cupboards which worked well as we were there for a week

It was hard to regulate the temp in the room we found it either got too cold or too warm.

Location was 5 minutes to work site. I left too early to enjoy the breakfast but did enjoy coffee on last day when leaving it was great. Rooms were nice and quiet no noise from road traffic.

Would of enjoyed having a microwave in room.

Room was good size and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having a fitness center. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold offerings.

Our room on the first floor required us to walk past the laundry and the hallway usually had large tubs of clean and dirty laundry blocking part of the hallway. The breakfast space was too small for all users especially in light of COVID. Since we were on the first floor it was easy to take our food back to the room.

The room was extremely clean. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. They had many options.

I didnt like the pool. It is very small and the floors were dirty in the afternoon. If you are an adult, dont expect to spend your time there. Most of the time there are big kids jumping and splashing water everywhere. The space is small.

Breakfast was alright, it wouldn't been better if it were cooked fresh and not reheated in the microwave . We booked a room for three people but there were only enough towels for 2 so we had to get more. Not a big issue but maybe more attention to those details would be good. As well only one set of shampoo and conditioner and soap. Luckily I brought my own from home
