Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Moncton

we stayed for two nights and there was no room service after our first night. we paid over $300/ night and no room service.Not happy. We ask for another room and we were told , no other rooms available. Not true ,parking lit was empty. For us to go back there , would like to have a voucher for our inconvenience.

Our flight was cancelled. I immediately called hotel to cancel and get refund. Girl was very nice to deal with. We have stayed here a few times .. I was looking forward to our stay. Love the rooms and bedding quality is top notch.

Didn’t like that I had to cancel. Girl was very sympathetic our flight was cancelled.

Breakfast option was great, loved that there was non-dairy milk for the coffee but would have loved some more vegan friendly options (dairy free milk for cereal at least!) 2/3 of our kids loved the pool and slide, but one found it too cold to get in. Overall met our expectations! Definitely a family friendly location :)

Autumn went above and beyond to make our large group comfortable and happy. She was friendly and went out of her way to make our stay extra special and memorable. We have spent many weekends in hotels for ringette and have never experience such an exceptional employee.

The one male night clerk was unfriendly and a bit rude.

The free breakfast was a reason for me to make this booking and the location also perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful to all my requests, my wife and I were very happy to have stayed there.

Not to much as for us everything was going great, thanks a lot.

We actually loved that we had to book the pool time slots. This way we were able to enjoy the pool and slide to ourselves and did not have to deal with others. This way it eliminates other children’s negative behaviours from ruining our children’s time. Which I have had to deal with at this hotel multiple times. Also, we were disturbed at 5:30AM by another guests children running and screaming through the halls. When I confronted the guest, I did not get a very respectful reply. But I believe they were told to stop as after calling the front desk (no answer) they disturbance stopped.

I was not happy with being on the same floor as a hockey team, they kept us awake late and I had to confront them in the hall to quiet down. Which they respectfully did. But in the future if told that there is a hockey team staying at the hotel, I will be requesting a different floor

Rooms are nice and new. Amenities offered are excellent and very family friendly!

Breakfast was a little displeasing. I completely understand that with COVID regulations they are limited. But it was very unappetizing for my family and I. It was included in our room rate and after 2 mornings of eating at the hotel we decided to go out for breakfast the rest of our stay which was an extra expense.

Super friendly staffs, clean and comfortable beds. The pool was a plus for our boys. The breakfast was good even it was not a lot options because of COVID-19.

Maybe ask for how many towels when you booking, we have 2 adults and two kids, I already listed when I booked. But when we arrived I found only 3 set of towels there, and it was too late, we just shared a towel with one of kid. No bigger deal just for someone who doesn't want have to share to know.

Very few people yet often out of cream and coffee. Eggs and sausage patties were dry. Not very good. Overall it’s a typical hotel breakfast so this was my expectation.

Rooms were not cleaned daily. Stayed 3 days and not cleaned once. Assuming did to covid but was not told. Had to ask for extra towels.

The beds were comfortable and room was nice. Pool was nice. Breakfast the next morning was great. Was surprised to see only a shower in room no bathtub yet nice shower.

No Maid service second day. I feel covd is excuse for not providing the full services someone should receive
