Bed was very comfortable. Omelet station was good

Paid for king suite in the details when booking hotel says private entrance ,when we arrived there was no drive up private entrance room like that ..took a queen private entrance and there was a price difference and the lady at the desk says well it isn't that much So I got the cheaper room and had her refund me the difference ,then walked into our room to the smell of moth balls and something very musty ,smell was so bad we requested another room after moving to second room we had a good stay for the 3 days we were there.

Property was conveniently located to all of our adventures. We stayed 4 days, we are a family of 5 on a budget. Easy access to the Hwy. The Hotel itself is a little outdated (carpets, old paint, outdated furniture) which didn’t bother us as long as it was clean. The room, beds and bathroom were clean (NO bed bugs was a huge relief). The pool was fun for the kids, but definitely needs a good scrub (looked very dirty) again it didn’t stop the kids from having fun. The room key would sometimes have to be reset to open (minor inconvenience) not a big deal just a little extra walk to reception. The staff were very friendly from front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning staff, very helpful. Breakfast was very good, shout out to Patricia who would greet us every morning with a smile while making us the best morning breakfast Omelettes. So delicious! Overall we were happy with our stay and will definitely consider going back to this hotel if we are back in town.

The Pool needs to be properly maintained, clean the grime off the sides.

The breakfast was excellent. In fact, my daughter’s words upon entering the kitchen area were “I love hotels.”

Really disappointed about the additional charges and lack of communication access to staff on site since I’ve left the property to explain what those charges are and why it appears I’ve been billed 3 times for the same stay. After writing this review, the site manager quickly got in touch with me to rectify the charges. I’m very pleased with the customer service following this and I would recommend this location to others and the amenities are excellent value for the money.

Very courteous staff. Room was spacious and well laid out and clean.

The A/C unit was certainly of adequate size, and put out cool air, but it had a serious design flaw. The A/C unit was inside a metal box, designed as a cover for appearance purposes. However the cold air blew mostly in the metal box and it made the A/C shut off and just blow air for several minutes and then the thermostat would once again call for cooler air, but it was not getting into the room. The metal box was very cold, but unfortunately that is not where I was sleeping. The night was unusually humid, but the A/C unit was not pulling the humidity out of the room.

it wasn’t the cleanest by know means, dirty pillow cases and someone left a full cup of tea behind the window curtains.. also, wish the tv had Netflix we could of signed into or something as there was nothing really on tv that any of us would watch once we got back to the hotel in the evening… also when I went to leave I stopped to use the bathroom, I ended up in the wheelchair access bathroom which the lady on the front desk just came out of, she clearly went number 2 when she was in there which whatever but I went right in after and the soap was empty empty so I’m just hoping once they left the bathroom they washed there hands somewhere else but I don’t think that happened

The breakfast was great. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, good mattress.Pool towels are provided upon request. The only thing is not convenient that you have to go to the front desk to get them and it's not more expensive to the pool

There was no body soap in the bathroom. I asked and they never added it to me, The pool is very dirty, he room is cleaned only if you have lived for 3 days, but I asked and they changed the towels and cleaned the garbage.

We absolutely loved the kids suites Space Room. Our son loved his cool space room with the blue light and the galaxy painted walls throughout the entire suite. Absolutely beautiful! The bed was comfortable and the bath towels and wash cloths were very soft. Often times, hotel towels are rigid. These were very very soft. I loved that. The pool was clean. Most of the staff was very friendly.

The guy that checked us in was a bit frigid, no smile, no conversation, strictly business and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Not rude or disrespectful in any way, just not friendly either. All the other staff were super friendly, even funny. The staff at the breakfast bar were so nice and attentive. The lady that checked us out was very friendly and witty. Definitely us want to come back with her recommendations and advice. Wish the hot tub would have worked, but those things happen. The pool was great.

Selection during breakfast was good. Staff working tiresly to maintain cleanliness and stock. Pool was good size, good temperature, and the hot tub was plenty hot!

Rooms and halls had an aged odor to them. Perhaps trapped in the carpet-unsure. We 'got used to it' during the stay but if we left for the day, we noticed it again upon our return. Breakfast seating area was too small for how many people were using the service during our stay.

Location and facilities are good. There is a large pool and hot tub making the kids happy. Rooms are large, breakfast is hot, fresh omeletts available.

Carpet was wet near our Air Conditioner, little maintenance needed. Carpets were stained in hallways. Didn't like that dogs were allowed in the rooms, was worried that if previous pets had been in our room our kids allergies would flair. Fortunately, there are no issues.

The breakfast was excellent! The dining room was full of light and cheerful and there was such a variety of breakfast choices! There was even an omelette to order bar! The pool was clean and there was a hot tub!!! The bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless! Parking is free because you are not in the downtown, but downtown is only 5 min away. There is even a games room with a pool table. If I come to town again I will stay here with my family. They loved it.

It was all great, my only issue was the towel situation- but that is easily fixed. There were only two towels in the room when we arrived, but I went to ask at the front desk and they immediately gave me more. I did not like that you had to go get the pool towels from the front desk before you went to the pool, because if you forgot to do that then you had no towels at the pool. They should just be at the pool to begin with.
