Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Downtown Suites

i would like to say thanks to All staff Specially, Mrs. Amber and Mrs. Heajon in Front desk team , who gave the best customer service during our stay .hotel is clean and staff are very profesional .location is good and easy access to public transportation .housekeeping is good .sleep quality is good .we are happy about our stay .

I cannot say more than enough amazing things about this hotel, for starters whoever runs the Delta Instagram page is so sweet for surprising us !! Upon arrival, this hotel is so easy to find if you’re coming from airport!! Getting off at waterfront and you literally have to walk up one street and the hotel is there! It made transportation so easy! Especially to because bike rentals are right across the street! When we checked in we were greeted by such a sweet women who have us two cookies! when we got to our room we had a BEAUTIFUL ROOM! honestly breathtaking ! After a day adventure we came back to our room with a sweet card signed by staff and strawberries and wine for our anniversary! honestly huge shoutout to the kindness of everyone!! Breakfast was really fancy! we enjoyed it! It was not your typical breakfast at hotels, it made you feel like royalty! Anything we needed, forks, towels, robes, water they were there!!! I am so grateful for delta hotels! We will be back soon!

The location is excellent, close to so many iconic Vancouver sites. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Delta still has daily cleaning service and that was outstanding. We loved the restaurant. Breakfast was table service with items selected from the menu. Fast, friendly and fine food. We had a family dinner at the restaurant as well which was both a casual and fine dining experience. Front desk staff were also so helpful. Everything about the experience was a little above and beyond.

The hotel was fine but the way the City of Vancouver has allowed the homeless situation to despoil the downtown was hard to fathom.

Restaurant food was great. Reception desk staff & concierge were extremely helpful. Room was like being at home.

Location was scary with the homeless & addicts sitting right on the benches outside the drop-off/ pick-up door. Not used to having security unlock the front street door to let you out & in. Had we known about this situation we wouldn't have booked at this location & won't in the future.

I loved that the room had extra space with 2 queen beds + an extra sofa bed and 2 TVs (that I could use with cable and Netflix). It had a nice view and was very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good. The location was great! Walking distance to many nice places.

I wished the price was a little lower. But I understand that Vancouver is very expensive now.

Had a ladies weekend downtown (staycation of sorts) with a couple friends, so we booked a suite. And it was wayyy bigger than expected! Everything was super clean and crisp, big windows if you like natural light, and blackout curtains if you don't. We were especially excited there was an extra pullout bed in the living room area, which meant we each had our own bed! Pretty rare for 3 ppl traveling together. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast downstairs was also great! But make sure you check their hours - they're pretty limited right now due to COVID-19.

The parking was SO expensive! Definitely recommend finding other parking nearby, if you can. Though it was fully gated, so probably the safest parking you can get in the area.

The Delta Hotel by Marriott is definitely the place to stay in downtown Vancouver. The location is great as it is easy to walk to a lot of different spots downtown such as Vancouver’s gastown and harbour front. The staff at Delta are all very amazing and accommodating - they went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I had everything we needed. The room itself was also great, very spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of downtown Vancouver and I will for sure be booking with Delta hotels again if I ever find myself back in Vancouver!

Great rooms with living area. Rooms were renovated aprox 2 years, very new, very clean look, no or barely any carpets is a plus. Very light open windows to the city, great for longer stays. The staff is very friendly. Marriot Bonvoy App os a plus, the staff is very quick with requests through the App. Also, App unlocks elevator and open door to the room. This was a highlight to me.

Location is not the best. Many homeless and addicted around the venue and didn’t feel the safiest because of it. Is a good walk to the main downtown streets with stores, etc.

The good: - The room was spacious and had a water view (behind a building). - Nice room layout - 2 Huge televisions (In our room.) - The hotel was located near Canada Place. - Staff was very helpful. - Bed WAS very comfy. - Free water. (Is always a good thing.) - Room service was delivered quickly and not overly expensive.

The Bad: - Seemed a little pricey for what it was. - No pool. (Yes, I know that it wasn't listed but still weird thing not to have.)

A suite with a comfy couch in a living and separate bedroom with a king bed. Pet friendly! Convenient to train station and cruise ship pier.

A recliner in the living room would have made it an awesome. Also, a microwave to reheat leftovers would have been nice. Needs green space to walk dogs. The closest area was half-mile away. But available green space was more a Vancouver BC issue. But it would be nice if the hotel could have somewhere to take dogs to go potty.
