We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was excellent. The room was spacious and clean with everything you need for a short stay. The building is located in a lively neighbourhood with lots of good cafés and bars and less than a ten minute walk from the Grand Place. It is beautifully decorated and it was really useful to have access to the kitchen. There is also an option to lock your luggage in the basement before/ after check out which was great because we had a late train home. The only addition would be that it would be great to have a fan in the room for the hotter months. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here, it was perfect walking distance into the centre but also had so many nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. Was nice not being right in the centre because it meant it was quiet at night. The room was so comfy, bright and clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The stairs are quite steep if you are carrying heavy luggage, luckily we only had a small bag so was fine. The morning of check out we could hear the footsteps of whoever was staying upstairs which were quite loud :(

The location of the place is very convenient. Most attractions are a walking distance and the bus for the atomiom is just 8 min walk through a park which is very nice. The Brussles central station is also 8 min away walking. The room was comfortable and we'll designed to utilize every space. The team assisted us right away on a sunday as our code didn't work.and allowed us to keep baggage in the storage area after checkout. (Thank you Philippe) An equipped kitchen with coffee machine and kettle is available which was convenient. The room is equipped with a heater which was very good to keep the room warm.

The room wasn't that clean. The floor was bit dirty. Be careful if you are going to have big luggage as it is not convenient at all to go up the rooms with the very steep and narrow stairs.

Comfortable, I loved the little sitting room and the kitchen to relax in. There was also an option to leave the suitcases early which was great and the owners were super responsive to our enquiries. They had lots of water and left us a treat when we arrived too, which was very much appriciate after the travelling. There is also a guest book with some good restaurant options and so many around.

Just don't bring a large luggage or request a lower level when travelling. My friend had to keep her luggage downstairs because there were like 3 flights of small stairs. So if you have any mobility difficulties this would also to be kept in mind.

Location is good. It is near the grand palace, metro station and central train station. There is no reception but it was very easy to enter the building by using the code they send. Wifi works well. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean. At the first floor there is a kitchen that you can use. Coffee, tea and water is ready for you. I stayed many times in brussels this place is the best for me so I highly recommend urban walls.

The location on booking map is not correct so check it on google maps before you arrive. It is located approximately 200 m. Away on the same street.

One of my favourite places I stayed in. A very clean building with an elegant yet simple design and a great location with just a 15 minute walk from Brussels Central. There isn't a reception or a room key, you simply get a message with your code for the entrance door & your room which for introverts and people who tend to lose things easily this can be a little blessing. Overall staying here felt like having my own apartment in Brussels, a homely feeling that no amount of hotel hospitality can replace.

The stairs can be a bit of a challenge to climb.

The apartment was just as advertised. Beds are super comfortable and the terrace is definitely a plus in case you like to enjoy some quietness after a day of walking for miles. Location is amazing because it’s right next to the city center but still in a quiet enough neighborhood. The code system to get in the hotel and room worked beautifully and I must say I love the fact that I didn’t have to go through a standard process of check in.

neat and clean rooms.. building looks traditional from outside and modern from inside the rooms.. good water pressure in the bathroom.. socializing in common area and kitchen area.. easy check in and out.. good location..

you cannot find any staff there if you need something or have any questions… but they are very responsive if you send message online… so its okay… and if you are having heavy luggage then taking them up and down through the narrow staircase is going to be a challenge.. otherwise its okay..

Great location, comfortable and clean facilities - overall really great experience!

I didn’t have a wifi in my room. I had to go downstairs to use my computer, and that wasn’t convenient at all. It was cold and dark downstairs. I would have very much preferred to use my computer in my room. Also, I wasn’t able to use wifi on my mobile phone because of the poor network connection.

Good use of space, good location, just what we needed!

A lot of stairs! I did not know we would be at the very top of four flights of stairs and I have bad knees... was not a pleasant trip in and out of the room. Was also not sound proof at all. Anytime another guest made any noise you could hear it. Especially closing and opening other doors, it made ours rattle and made us jump.
