Hotel Le Dome

The breakfast was excellent. Decor was charming and unique, didn't feel like a typical chain hotel. Short & pleasant walk to the city centre. The balcony was really lovely. Staff very friendly, spoke English.

It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the rooms as it was quite warm. We slept with the balcony doors open and it was fine as we are heavy sleepers,but there was a lot of noise from the street the whole night. Could've used an extra pillow and some bottled water.

It was my first time in Brussels..for a work trip. I chose the hotel as it was walking distance from the work venue. We arrived late but the hotel's reception staff was very helpful and accomodating. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I truly loved the view the room had to offer...overlooking the starbucks across the road with the city skyline..The stay was extremely pleasant. The room comes with a nice daily breakfast spread. Location was strategic near to the grand bazaar walking distance away. I would definitely come back to this hotel and hope to get the same room same view same ambiance.

Really friendly and welcoming staff! The hotel is in a strategical location, with the subway stop Rogier literally across the street and the train station Brussels North nearby. The city centre basically starts around the corner (Grand Place/Grote Markt is 10-15mins walking or 2 subway stops away). The hotel has a vintage flair, with some Art Nouveau decorations in the reception area and also in the room. Good breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options. I would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel is well located, a 5-10 minute walk south of Brussels Nord station and at the northern edge of the city. The room had all the essentials (no A/C) and the breakfast was fine if unspectacular.

The room had seen better days, the furniture and fittings, while functional, were generally rather old and worn, and looked it, there was also a bit of noise coming in from the road it was facing. Overall it seemed like a 3 star (not 4 star) hotel room, though given how expensive Brussels it was still decent value for money.

Great location (20 min walk to grand palace, 10 min to northern train station, 5 min to botanical garden, lots of shops, stores and restaurants). Lovely view from the window. Clean big room. Not just shower but a bathtub.

I couldn't reach the hotel for like a week before arrival with questions (via booking messages). Also, after cleaning, the room had quite an unpleasant smell. Everything is quite old and glitchy (doorlock and elevator buttons didn't work properly)

The interior design is pretty different from a standard hotel, and we liked it. Instead of the plain whites and light colors, we got to see a patterned green design. The best thing about this hotel is its location. Situated smack bam in the middle of a junction, access to public transport is no worry at all. The Rogier metro station is just a few steps away. The Grand Place is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Nothing serious. But the folks at the reception could smile more. :) Nevertheless, they were helpful. But adding an extra smile with the responses would change the mood a whole better. The heater turned off for some time in the middle of the night, waking us up. A false fire alarm went off one evening, confusing us. It was turned off in a minute though. You can hear the traffic since the hotel is located right in the middle of a busy junction. But despite that, we could sleep well.

The property was clean and well maintained, our room was spacious with all the facilities you would need ,beds were comfortable , the bathroom had the option of a shower or bath, rooms were cleaned and serviced daily,the staff were friendly and helpful , answering any questions we had with a smile and more importantly helpful advice and information.

It would have been nice if there were a couple of bars around the area to end the day with a relaxing evening.

This is an older building with no air conditioning but had a lovely door opening onto a small balcony. The facilities were a bit worn but they worked and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and was very good.

The hair dryer could do with replacing. Also they need to move away from the small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The towels were changed everyday even though we left them hanging up, not on the floor.

We went in without many expectations since we were only looking for a place to crash for the night in Brussels but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is not a new age modern hotel. They re going for an old school charm and hence the decor and furnishings were in line. The twin room was spacious and squeaky clean which we truly appreciated. Rooms came with a mini fridge, kettle, coffee/tea, cupboard, bathroom with a tub and a ventilator (which was great to have since we went in the summer and the room did not have air conditioning) and most amazingly, a small balcony which was just lovely!

The breakfast had nice baked products but was very limited in range. Very limited for a vegetarian.

Location and location... about 5 minutes from the Nord Train station from where is direct train to the airport (10 min) and train connection to all cities. About 15 min from the main square. Friendly hotel staff. Spacious rooms. Daily cleaning.

WiFi is not working well in the 6th floor. The maschine for hot water is inside dirty. Breakfast is very simple, i would expect in 4* hotel a bit more.
