Location was short walk to all main attractions. Facilities were as described. Reception very friendly and helpful.

Needed to book using a credit card which was not made clear as I was able to book using debit card. Upon arrival, hotel asked for €100 guarantee fee and ATM was difficult to find.

Great location, safe area , very close to St Catherine Square with good restaurants and also the bars nearby. The room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed.. The front desk staff are helpful . They were also kind enough to allow me an early check in.

The walls are super thin . Thankfully I had a room facing the inner area and not the main street. The sensor lights in the hallway only work if you re standing right under them. So by the time I reached my room they went out . The sheets were not changed but the bed was remade each day ( atleast i noticed the same sheets for 4 out of my 8 day stay). I only had tea in my room, not sure if coffee is just not provided or you have to ask for it separately. Also not sure if there's a difference between room types but mine didn't provide any room slippers though I clearly saw the cleaning staff with them. ( I didn't need them though so I didn't ask. If you do need, please ask). Also the shower door insulation was coming off so all the water seeped outside onto the bathroom floor.

Superb location right in the heart of Brussels. Nice window view. Everything is within a walking distance. Restaurants, supermarkets and landmarks are all around, including gracious building of old Stock exchange and world famous and most beautiful Grande Place - 5 min walk, if not less. Metro stations just few steps away. Luggage room is available. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Thank you guys.

Bathroom door is facing bed. Would be much better if bathroom entrance would be located next to main room door around the corner. Since bathroom door is facing the room in direct, would be nice to have a night light option in the bathroom not to disturb dream of a roommate.

Nice enough room and bathroom with a good (although pricey at 20 Euros) breakfast. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The street noise outside of the room. My first night there I had opened a window and did not close it completely (my fault) and I was awoken at 3:00 am by drunken idiots form the night club across the streets and this was only a Wednesday night. The following night, when I closed the window properly I heard nothing. While this is fine during the winter, it must be terrible in the warm months because the hotel is not air conditioned and the windows need to remain open.

Was located about a 10mins walk from central station and was close to everything we needed. The rooms were a great size for the price. And we got there super early and our room was ready which was fantastic as we had an early flight. I also saw other reviews say it was bad with street noise but we had no issues in our room at all.

Its an old heating system ie. Radiators. When we arrived the radiator wasn’t switched on so the room was ice cold. Put this down to our early arrival. But turned it on and went out for the day and room was perfect when we got back. However the next day we were out and room service turned it off so upon our return it was freezing. It made no sense to me. Was my only flaw with the whole stay.

The hotel offers great value for money, is very well located in the centre of the city and very close to a Metro station (Bourse). I loved the decor, and the duty managers were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is more than enough to set you up for the day and the coffee is great.

Because I sleep with earplugs, I said I won't mind a street facing room. If you don't have earplugs or are a light sleeper, I would advise against this. I slept well but even with my earplugs I was sometimes aware of the noise from the street. This is not a complaint, just a clarification.

The location is brilliant, right in the centre and a step away from the Christmas Markets. Staff were very friendly, rooms were exceptionally clean and ever refreshed each day. “Lovely comfortable beds and facilities in the room. The balcony was a great addition too.

It’s on a very busy street and our rooms were on the front as we had selected a room with a balcony. It’s the centre so some noise is expected but the first few nights we really struggled to sleep as the noise was really bad until about 3am. Nothing the hotel can do, apart from maybe improve the doors to the balcony to block out more noise. Didn’t ruin our stay at all though, but worth mentioning for other people who look to stay here.

Location was perfect. Beautifully designed lobby area, although a little small. So close to the markets, grand palace etc. Bed in the room was very large. The shower was piping hot and quite powerful. Comfortable stay and would visit again.

Our room 506 was basic, no colour theme like the pictures I had previously seen on here. Staff were polite but did not offer anything other than hello, goodbye etc. Nothing wrong but I wouldn't say they were forthcoming. Bathroom was tiny, sink was quite difficult to use as it was that small, when spitting out Toothpaste you had to have your forehead touching the wall or you would miss the 6 inch wide sink. Clean enough but not immaculate.

Great hotel with really nice staff and wonderful service, available 24/7. They speak perfect English, but also showed appreciation for my broken French. :-) Because it was a very hot day, we got free bottles of watter on arrival! leaning ladies knock on the door to ask if room cleaning is necessary. If not, they will ask if you need towels and provide them if necessary. All the floors are easy to access by stairs or elevator! Also, perfect location, right in between the exotic quarter of Molenbeek and the historic center of Brussels. When you exit the hotel, you almost immediately see the impressive Bourse building, keep going that way and you will be in the city center looking at Manneke Pis within 10 seconds.

It was great!

Very centrally located. Walkable to Grand Place, 2 minutes away from the hotel; just exit the hotel and turn left… all places of attractions and eating places are on the left side of the hotel… keep walking guys! We joined the day tour to Bruges and Ghent and booked online. The meeting place is also located on the left side of the hotel in front of Hilton Hotel, about 10 mins walk… have fun!

We like everything about this Hotel especially it’s located about 5-minute walk to Molenbeek ~ the Muslim Community area with lots of halal restraurants and shops selling Muslim attires for women like Abaya at very affordable prices, that you won’t believe!
