easyHotel Brussels City Centre

You know what you're gonna get in such a hotel from the moment you book and there are no surprises, good or bad. Central location with friendly staff. Overall good room and relatively good price for Brussels, and I would return to the hotel.

Anything extra will cost extra, even earlier check in or a late check out. No hairdryer in the room so we had to ask at reception and after we were done using it return it because there werent enough. Shower door was broken.

Very easy to access, very close to the town center and Brussels central station. Minimal inside, but OK for a one or two night trip. Bathroom very clean. Shower very roomy; creative architecture to make the most out of scarce place, and allows for a big shower. Pleasantly surprised by this first experience in EasyHotel. I prefer EasyHotel (where I will return) to EasyJet (which I always try to avoid). Reception staff very friendly.

So this is a low cost hotel; a hotel for small budget but clear expectations of what a hotel should be in terms of being easy going and clean, etc. My first stay in an EasyHotel. Costs are saved on none essential services: there is only a very tiny table for the laptop, no glass in the bathroom to put your toothbrush or drink a glass of water. Drinks and snacks can be bought from a vending machine in the lobby. Coffee/hot beverages are available from a separate vending machine, but you need to ask for a cup at the reception - keep the cup and bring it in your room, if you need a cup to drink a glass of water. ;-) No breakfast in the hotel, but you're in the town center, so no problem. If you need a very early breakfast, you can go to Dunkin'Donut 150m from the hotel: it opens at 6.30.

Could not fault this hotel. I was worried given we were looking at the lower end of the budget however what a pleasant surprise. Very clean, very comfortable and very safe. Central location with a short walking distance to everywhere- Town Hall, Bruxelles - Centraal train station, restaurants etc. Even a self service laundry within 90 metres. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We thought it was noisy until we shut the windows then all noise disappeared - a trick for new players. block out curtains were amazing, we slept right through the night beyond what we wanted to. Thank you for a great 5 night stay.

Clean, centrally located. Good value for money, easy hotel gets very specific elements just right. AC was nice and cold, bed was firm and comfortable, shower pressure was strong. Lighting was modern and mood lighting could be set. Plenty of sockets and outlets to charge phone/tablet/headphones. Curtains darken the room. Handy vending machine also in the foyer with snacks which makes for a quick easy cheap on the run breakfast. It’s not a ‘luxury’ hotel, but it is very comfortable, clean and practical. I stayed at Easyhotel in Dublin and in now in Brussels and I would be inclined to stay at Easyhotel in Europe in future

Good location within easy walking distance of central station and key tourist areas/ attractions. Room was clean and functional but sized to match the price, as a solo traveller it was more than adequate. Staff friendly and approachable, vending machine in reception dispensing both food and drink plus other travel items such as toiletries and covid test kits!

I arrived early as I was on an early flight; there are good lockers for storing luggage for 5 euros, I knew this and was happy to pay until the lady on reception told me I could actually check into my room early for €7.50! I travelled around Belgium this trip and other all hotels offered free check-ins if the room was already ready (or free luggage storage) so this seemed like an unnecessary extra costs for travellers.

The location is perfect , located in the center ?close to everything and the metro . The staff was very friendly and they were helpful a lot .The room was clean. I definitely recommend for a few days stay . The place is quiet even for the center ,we got a good sleep .

The room was a bit small ,there was no wardrobe which was a problem for two girls on a trip . The conditioner is not on 24/7 and it was a bit cold ,but when we asked the staff to put it on during the day -they were kind enough to do it .

The location was excellent, just a short walk from Grand Place and the central station. Everything was set up to be simple and convenient - essentials were provided, room was quiet, beds were comfortable. Early check in and last day luggage storage were available at a small extra cost. Concierge was helpful and even lent us a screwdriver to fix my friend's suitcase. This is not the hotel to choose if you want luxury, but if you're on a budget then it has all you need.

The room was compact, which was generally fine but as part of their space efficient design the bathroom door doubled up as the shower door which caused small puddles. Breakfast seemed overpriced so we chose to buy from local bakeries instead. But really these were minor things.

Upon checking in, I forgot my phone in the cab. I informed the am shift man on the front desk about what happened . Without hesitation, he handled the scary situation very swiftly. Because of his great customer service, I would recommend this hotel. Also ,the location is very close to the main center of the square.. The hotel was amazingly clean. As a hotel employee myself, I would say you would not be disappointed. Again, kudos to the am agent with retrieving my phone for me. I am forever grateful for your kindness.

Location is easy enough to get to, near a bus stop from the main train terminus. It's pretty much what it says on the packet - it's an Easy branded hotel so the basics are done very well. Room was accessible, near the lift and did what we needed. Bed was a little smaller than we like, but more space around the bed for a chair.

It wasn't a surprise (Easy brand), and nor is it technically a complaint, but this is the literal embodiment of the Les Mis song "Master of the house". You are getting the most basic of basics for the price, and extras are either charged for or borrowed from reception. That's not to say you can't get what you need, just be prepared and ask in advance so you know what's going on.

EasyHotel is 5 minutes from Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert / Koninklijke Sint-Hubertusgalerijen and 10 minutes from Bruxelles Central and about 30 minutes from the EU Parlamentarium Visitor Center and the fantastic museum, Maison de l'Histoire Européenne / Huis van de Europese Geschiedenis...aka House of European History. All walking times I confirmed myself in December 2022, so its location makes it a great choice and easy to locate upon arrival at Bruxelles Central. The price makes it a great choice for a long stay in Brussels, and it is very clean, has plenty of hot water for showers, and a very comfortable bed. The pillows are lumpy, but I'm particular about how my pillow feels. Plenty of electrical outlets are placed well for easy access and use. The staff are friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again upon returning to Brussels.
