Dazzler by Wyndham Polo

At first I wondered if the location was far from the sights. However, I stayed 8 nights at the Dazzler Polo and was extremely happy with my location. It was 2 blocks from a Metro line and buses that took me to the historical center yet was walking distance from beautiful parks and the best neighborhoods for dining and nightlife. I felt safe walking near the hotel late at night. The reception staff was always present and helpful. They gave tips that I appreciated. The morning breakfast was available throughout the morning. There was a good choice of good to eat. I’d definitely stay at the Dazzler Polo again and recommend that you do too

Room is very large, love the vinyl plank flooring no carpet is great as you know it is clean, refrigerator. Front desk staff were extremely helpful we do not speak spanish and they were able to assist us. Love the location safe to walk at night close to restaurants, the shopping mall is in walking distance, parks close by

No items in the kitchen area, knifes, forks a few plates would be nice, no drawers in the room. Housekeeping could have provided more towels was a but hit and miss. The pool area needs some shade, it is a lovely area but was too hot to use at 30 celcuis

The room was actually a suite, 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths. Nice LR and dinette. Fully stocked mini-bar/snacks. Very comfortable place to hang out when it was raining. Wished we could have stayed a few days (we were just on a stop-over). Breakfast had plenty of variety and quality items. The neighborhood is great. Several restaurants in walking distance, same to a very nice city park. We rented a paddleboat on the pond. The safe was very supportive. We ended up booking a late check-out because we had a late evening flight. It was worth it. We went out for a long walk in the afternoon, then could shower before we headed to the airport.

Very spacious room for the price and location. Hotel is modern, clean, and professional, with 24-hour front desk and fine service. This is not a hotel that is dripping with personality, but it is a really comfortable place to crash in a great part of B.A. at a good price. Would highly recommend for business travelers and for more pragmatic leasure travelers (i.e. this isn't an overly romantic place full of character). Breakfast was absolutely satisfactory. Just a few blocks from the city's incredible string of urban parks and the great commercial and dining areas of Palermo.

great location (very close to the Palermo subway station, but maybe a 20 minute walk from Palermo Soho). the bed was comfy and I liked that the outlets could fit different prongs/voltages (you can use a US charger in the room)

the breakfast was pretty bad - I wouldn’t bother and just go to a local cafe instead. the bathroom was also quite small, and the shower just has half a glass wall so water gets all over the floor

The location was perfect (especially for the airport) and there was enough within walking distance to occupy the evenings. The hop on hop off stopped reasonably close by so it couldn’t be much better placed.

We had an issue with breakfast on the first day when we had to wait for half an hour while a very large group finished their breakfast. Maybe we could have been alerted when we checked in that we should have avoided that time. Other than that it was fine.

the only issue I didn’t like was, we had it booked for 3 nights, but the first night our plane had been delayed so I let the hotel know what was going on. but I was still made to pay for the night. I was happy to pay a small fee but they made me pay the full amount even know the first night of us not showing up was out of our control. but the property itself and the staff were great, but just being made to pay for a night where it was impossible for us to get there i did not like

The room is stylish and bigger than most hotels. Breakfast is great, with a lot of variety and high quality products. The terrace has a great view and the gym facility is well maintained. Having valet parking at discounted price right next to the hotel is very comfortable.

The first couple of days there were some issues with the internet provider, which was important for me as I was working from the hotel, but the staff compensated for this with a free massage

The location is great! I was there for the Argentina Book Fair and it was walking distance. The room is very comfortable a lot of space. Good bed and pillows.

Breakfast was not great. Always the same things and there were not many options to choose from. Eggs were cold, not much fruit. Coffee was good but would rather have someone preparing espressos.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our suite room was very spacious. The location in Palermo is great.

We were disappointed that the hotel has no concierge and the restaurant is only open for breakfast. There is no shade on the pool deck so on very hot days it becomes unbearable.
