Good location, many restaurants within walking distance. Cute room with a comfortable bed. Clean sheets, towels and bathroom. Bathroom was private which is a plus. The staff were just gorgeous, very patient and helpful with me despite my terrible Spanish.

The walls are a little thin so easy to hear everything that’s going on out in the main reception and there were some guests being very loud at 4am despite a sign telling everyone to be quiet between 11pm - 8am. But that’s not the hostel’s fault at all and didn’t really bother me, just might bother some. A little bit of street noise as well. Shower took a while to heat up but it was really nice once it did.

The staff were the best! They were so helpful. When my mom got stuck somewhere and couldn't understand anyone, she called the staff here and they sent a driver to pick her up. I'm so grateful. They kept our bags safe for us before we checked in. They arranged early morning taxis for us to get to the airport. They were friendly and great to talk with as well. I'm so glad we stayed here. Thank you.

The noise from the street was difficult but it was worth everything else. You can't really change that.

The staff were very friendly. The location is perfect, within walking distances to a variety of shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Felt very safe walking around the neighborhood.

The hotel is located on a very busy intersection with traffic at all hours of the day and night. The noise can be a little loud, but there is not much the staff can do about that unfortunately

First. The location is excellent. In the center of Soho Palermo around shopping and eating places. Add the area is simply gorgeous About the hotel. The front desk and staff in the hotel are awesome. My room was charming with a queen bed hyper comfy Nuce breakfast including in my reservation

Nothing negative to say. Remember is and old building with charming character.

The location was excellent as also the attention from the staff, especially Mirta, who gave us all the advise that we needed (even she lent us a Sube card because I lost mine). The room was clean and met what we needed.

In general everything was ok, nothing was "bad", maybe just a little noise in the morning because of the traffic, but it wasn't the Hostel's fault.

Location was fab, short walk to metro and also Palermo Receptionists were friendly and helpful. We had a private room with en suite, bed was comfy and it was clean. Able to store baggage securely which was appreciated.

Breakfast was bread and spreads (more basic than some)

Great location next to the plaza Italia and close to everything in Palermo. The staff was also very helpful!

The toilette seat was a bit unstable!

Personal attention by the manager Isis. She did the utmost to assist whatever we requested.Garamaya helped us a lot as well.The location is great close to transportation and restaurants.

Hot coffee and tea should be free 24/7.

A cozy hostel, near Metro station and the Jorey airport. The breakfast is basic and okay. The staff are very nice and helpful, also lend us a Sube card that we can visit via metro. Recommended.

I loved the location. Palermo is full of restaurants and cozy cafes. The staff is also really attentive

By night, the city can get a bit noisy. Some rooms have a window to the street, that is not the best for the nights
