Great location near the airport, comfortable beds and the staff were friendly and receptive. I arrived late and a fast food place nearby was available to get something in me before getting to sleep. It was great value for money given the general price of hotels rooms in Austin

Rooms were a bit tired and outdated, but that's to be expected for a reasonably budget airport hotel. With it being an airport hotel, there didn't seem to be many amenities in the area, but Austin is quite compact and a short Uber can get you anywhere you need

The property was easy to find and the room was beautiful.

Noise carried too easily onto the room. The website information that airport shuttle service started at 4 am was wrong. It didn’t start until 6, so I had to pay nearly $20 for a rideshare.

Clean. Responsive, when an issue arose. Great location.

Not a big deal, but night staff had difficulty in traversing the applications to perform check in and water bottle purchases as I believe he was new. Would have liked more outlets next to bedside. Had to unplug the clock and lamp, for my CPAP and cellphone charger.

I have stayed here before and have always enjoyed my visit. Clean, comfortable, nice rooms.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Waffle was about the only choice. No bagels, eggs, cream cheese etc. In today's world not offering french vanilla creamer is disappointing as well. Bath towels in the room were fairly small.

The property and location aren’t too far from airport, ACL (why I was in town) and eating. Nice and clean, not noisy and no people just wondering around. breakfast was good, I’m a picky eater but still found something to grab

Wifi wasn’t strong couldn’t stream anything and the shower pressure was low . only complaints

It was very homey w tons of plants and person ality it was not cookie cutter corporate.Bed and shower were both fabulous and the Super8 Austin notebook was very cool!

WHY....WHY..WHY...with such a great Austin 'help' notebook and Super8 guide is there NO CHANNEL GUIDE for the cable? I spent 15 minute s scanning the TV trying to figure out what was 'where'....

Only 1 regular and 1 decaf coffee in room. There to catch an early flight. Left at 4 AM. No breakfast until 6. I understand the logistics, but just having coffee and a biscuit available would have been appreciated.

not bad if you are just trying to sleep for the night, nothing fancy but not bad for one night, i do love that the room is tiled and not carpeted like other places

It was clean, all to expect from traveling all day and night. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Rooms were clean, plenty of hot water in the morning. Will stay again

It’s how the staff treats the customers like criminals it’s just not right. They should try to be nicer. You get more bees with honey than vinegar.
