Ease of check-in, comfortable room

People booking here should be aware that although the hotel is 2 miles from the airport, it isn't really an "airport" hotel. The "free shuttle" runs on limited and somewhat irregular hours, and it wasn't available to us at all. Tuesday-Saturday it runs from 7 am to 2 pm, then again from 5 pm to 11pm. Sunday it runs from 5 pm to 11 pm, and Monday from 7 am to 2 pm. The earliest it will get you to the airport Monday through Saturday is about 7:15, which means you'd better avoid those early flights! The hotel's solution: "Just get an Uber or a Lyft!" Secondly, unlike other airport hotels we have stayed at, there is no provision for a "grab and go" breakfast if you have an early flight. The included breakfast doesn't start until 6:30.

The room was amazing! Clean and spacious. With TV and WiFi. Easy parking. Near the airport and good location. The coffee machine was very handy and had a good coffee.

The air-condition was very powerful but we were switching off. The hairdryer is very very small and not powerful. The breakfast was very poor but the hotel was under construction and I hope in the future will be better and with more choices.

The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. There is an airport shuttle service that runs once an hour. When I called it was just leaving the airport. The driver circled back around to get me so I would not have to wait an hour. The room was clean and as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the area quiet. The were making red velvet waffles at the breakfast bar - yum

The location is kind of isolated and requires an uber etc to get into town.

Had everything we needed for a late night flight into Austin with a quick flight out the next afternoon. There’s a Denny’s and a Tex Mex place within walking distance. For an extra $20 you can get 2 hours’ late check out. Pretty good breakfast- red velvet waffle mix!

The shuttle bus stops running at midnight, so you’ll need a cab or Uber if you arrive after that.

The bed was nice, comfy and clean. I could spend days in it because of it's comfort. The staff is really nice and they do their best to provide the best service possible. The bathroom was also exceptional! Everything was super clean!!! ...except for windows. :)

The reason why I gave less than 10 stars is because I had a problem and the owner didn't care (quoting!), so I was told. I couldn't use Internet on my laptop all those days for some reason. That was important to me and I made it clear but they just didn't bother. Also windows cannot be opened, which is not a huge problem if the windows were clean, but nothing could be seen from dirt on the outside of it.

The staff were extremely friendly at this hotel especially Sarah and AK. We were very impressed when a disabled person spilt his juice on the floor trying to help another disabled person. The staff cleaned up the floor as a team and made sure the other disabled person got their breakfast in the room.

If the hotel had a make over it would be more appealing. However, the friendliness of staff more than made up for that small detail.

It was close to the airport. Had a free breakfast. Nice size king room.

My bedsheets were dirty! If I hadn’t arrived at 3am, and had been traveling for 27 hours I would have complained!! I cleaned the debris/hair off the bedsheets and slept anyways! Guess they can thank American Airlines for me being stuck in Miami for 10.5 hours and being less caring!!!

The rooms were so comfortable and big. They were very clean. The breakfast was good and filling

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was perfect

The staffs were nice and accommodating, the location is just 15 minutes or less from the airport, so no worries to get up so early to be on time for your flight. breakfast was great too, waffles, eggs, sausage etc. it was a complete menu of breakfast that everybody would enjoy and even kids for cereals. Our stay was a pleasant and great in total.

The location to the outlets was great and the staff was outstanding
