This accomodation excelled my expectations Rooms were quite spacious & extremely clean The pool & gym facilities were amazing Would definitely stay here again

Poor communication with codes being sent via email and struggled to get into the building at first however, made a phone call and was guided through it straight away.

Enjoyed our stay, cozy and clean apartment. The pool and gym are also very nice. We didn’t like the sofa-bed - impossible to sleep comfortably on it.

1. A couple of bottles of water could be nice to get upon arrival. 2. We were unlucky to stay in the apartment (in August 2022) where there was a process of building another building just right in front of our windows, so if you are staying there - be prepared to be woken up by the noise around 6:30-7:00 AM

We were surprised how nice the place was. Spacious, comfortable, nice and clean. After our experience in NY, this was astonishing what a great time we had in Austin. The facility is a modern, very well equipped apartment with a large kitchen and two bathrooms. The flat was spotless clean, decorated with a Texan vibe. Gym, pool... oh God, these were awesome! There were never crowded, we could find the place to sit/excercise with ease. There are nice restaurants and grocery shops in the walking distance from the apartment.

Smoke detector is very sensitive - and this is literally only "bad" thing I can say about my stay. Everything else was just perfect!

Beautiful pool area that was mostly unoccupied (not a heated pool - it was cold). Clean, spacious apartment for 2 people. Laundry in unit was awesome. Extra towels, soap, toiletries available whenever you needed them. Easy check-in/check-out process. Nice location with lots to do! Target is 2 blocks away so if you forget anything, don’t fret!

On-going construction at all hours of the day, right outside our window. On one particular day, construction started at 5:30am and ended at nearly 10:30pm. Tenants or guests above us were loud and the walls are thin so you hear every step, drawer closing, chair moving, etc.

As nice if not nicer than a hotel - for a longer stay it would be even more ideal! I was traveling for SXSW and it was really close to the venue for much more reasonable a price. Very pleased! The gym was also nice, I didn't use the pool, it was too cold, but it also looked nice. The apartment was spacious, roomy, clean, nice bathroom, not too loud at night, wifi worked great, the codes were easy to use and I'd definitely stay here again.

Arrival was stressful - I did not understand where the entrance was - you pass the parking garage but it's actually INSIDE the garage which isn't clear (and doesn't feel intuitive arriving at night) - the codes, everything worked great but it was stressful to arrive. I recommended they update the check in instructions to be clearer - and they'd benefit from a sign outside the garage just indicating you're in the right place, as the street address covers a wide block and the entrance is around the corner.

Apartment was nipping clean and very spacious, plenty of amenities, absolutely lovely. Below are comments, NOT complaints. A security box would be useful. Slight issue with accessing the building, access code only seemed to work on one of the two doors. Thanks to the apartment staff for showing us how easy the digital apartment key pad worked. Location is great apart from having to pass under the freeway, not a problem in itself but it’s a location where the homeless gather, just be aware. Took me until final day to work out TV but that was my fault, would be nice to have had local channels you could simply turn on without resorting to “casting from your device”. Pool Wi-Fi code would be nice and we still never worked out the purpose of the rubber, yellow, oval item with our wrist bands was. Couldn’t work poolside TV, again that could just be me. Would definitely recommend and will be looking at Sonder Apartments in the future.

No cable, satellite or analogue channels on TV, casting only, no biggie.

Very nice modern and well equipped apartment. Decent aircon. Nice breakfast and burger bar nearby and Target not far away.

East 5th Street is ok but not the best place to stay in Austin. The walk to 6th Street takes you under the interstate and past a lot of scary homeless people, who also are all around the 6th street area. You need to drive or use lots of ubers like we did. Main complaint is vague access instructions. Please make it clear that you access the block via the security door in the car park and use the building access code. Then you take the lift to the 4th floor. Then at the room you place your hand on the black pad to activate it and then type in the room access code.

Great location, great facilities, overall a good experience

I forgot something and reported it 2 hours after doing the check out and they took long to provide an update which ended up being they could not find it. We are sure we left it behind so it was a dissapointing experience since we couldnt recuparate the item. They have a centralized call center so its hard to go back into the building if you have already checked out and pick up anythign you might have left behind.

I liked the kitchen and washing machine as well as the ability to air drop to the tv. also the staff was super helpful when I needed something. I could just open the chat and someone would respond within seconds.

the initial arrival was confusing. there is no check in desk and the office is attached to an different building than the room was actually in. it was more like an air bnb vs a hotel, so there was no getting more pillows like i would at a hotel.

Location was perfect - very convenient to local shops and restaurants - can walk to many locations - Target and Whole Foods are in walking distance

Maybe a book (3 ring binder) in room with local restaurants and maps of where to go?? Also, the electronic door, was very difficult at times. And really didn't like that house keeping was at our door 15 minutes before check out wanting to come in, we were just finishing packing and leaving shortly, but we were told "You have 7 minutes" not the way to end the stay feeling rushed...also, maybe a break on the over night parking? They offer 2 hours free for shoppers, but it be nice to get some break as well...
