I have already given a rave review on Maps along with pictures. There's no doubt about it, this is our new favorite place!! My husband and I enjoy multiple times per year to visit Pigeon Forge and have stayed in the same place every time we travel to Pigeon Forge but was disappointed on our last 2 visits so after a little research we decided to stay here at Arbors and we are so happy we did. As a matter of fact we extended our visit for an extra night. The staff was "THE best" and the free breakfast 🥞 was great! Free pancakes and choice of beverage, but for people like me that aren't crazy about pancakes can get the buffet with choice of beverage for $5.99 and it was fantastic!! And it was a huge buffet with a wide variety to choose from. I was so impressed with all the landscaping. Beautiful flowers everywhere with statues of children having fun. It was adorable! There were big white rocking chairs right outside our door for relaxing or taking in the scenery or watching people having fun pitching horseshoes or playing corn hole or fishing in the river along the edge of the property's back yard. In the evening there's a fire pit surrounded with more rocking chairs. Some evenings they would have 🔥 a bonfire and weekends, live music 🎵 🎶 with some sing-alongs, and let me tell you ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧ this is just a drop in the bucket of things to do there without having to even leave the property! There are games of all kinds, you just go to the office to get whatever you want to play (balls, fishing rods, board games, cards ~ you name it and they've got it! There are multiple grills all around and picnic tables. WOW 🥺 Inside the lobby they have an area set up with fresh different kinds of coffee or lemonade, tea, hot cocoa and more and all kinds of snacks, fresh fruits, donuts and it's set out so you can help yourself anytime you'd like.

The ONLY thing that I did not like was having to leave 🙃 when vacation time was over.

There is absolutely nothing to not like about this place. Clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows, privacy, easy wifi access, coffee and creamer options in the front office but we also had keurig pods in the suite with creamer, jacuzzi tub in the suite was so relaxing, awesome front desk staff, right on the strip to walk everywhere, and a short walk to the island also. Bonus was watching the trout jump in the river behind the hotel and watching others catch some (catch and release though). They had bonfires with rocking chairs all around, rocking chairs right outside our room to look out at the beautiful mountains and still see the strip. Pictures do not do it justice. Met some really cool people there too! They had the classic car show coming up in the weekend and there were so many classic cars along the strip. We also hopped over to Gatlinburg for half the day and it was a short ride to get there. Oh and can't forget the free pancake breakfast across the street with our voucher. We upgraded it to buffet but it was only like 14 bucks for both of us and it was delicious. This place is perfect and every trip here will be staying at Arbors!

There is absolutely nothing we don't like about this place!

Oh where, oh where do I start? The landscaping is out of this world and looked like they spent thousands on it. Flowers and flower baskets are everywhere!!! Stone statues make it more inviting along with bird houses. We enjoyed watching all of the different birds, including ducks, eating the seeds. With them flying back and forth, it made the hotel alive and inviting!! There was a wonderful gazebo with rocking chairs and a fire place. Every night they lit the fireplace so you could roast marshmallows. The pool and hot tub were clean and the area made you feel like you were at resort (layout, sitting areas, chairs, and tables). The hot tub felt great after walking all day. We really enjoyed that it was opened 24 hours, so you could go in later and have the whole area to yourself. Staff were very friendly and made sure all of your needs were met. They provided vouchers for free pancakes and drinks at the BEST PANCAKE house across the street (can walk to it). You got these 3 HUGE pancakes with a drink, or for $5.99 more, each, you could have the buffet, that had almost everything you could think of (also offer a menu). The hotel is very near The Island and you can walk to it. Our room was very clean, big, and wonderfully decorated. WE LOVED THE BATROOM and wished we could had taken it home with us (had a jetted tub). The air was strong and quiet. Once we shut the door, you couldn't hear anything unless someone passed your room. Rocking chairs and small tables are outside of the rooms for you to enjoy. It was wonderful rocking in them, watching the birds, and taking in the wonderful landscaping. If you had your room on the 5th floor, you could see the mountains. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and when we got to our room, there was a little cake for us! We stayed a full week and would do it all over again, and we plan to!! This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!

The pool was heated and we wished it could had been a bit cooler but it wasn't ice cold either (staff did turn it down when we requested it). The waterfall next to the pool was not working but staff explained that they were in the process of repairing it. These are not complaints just being picky.

Close to everything, staff was amazing the girl that took care of our room was just a 5 star keeping it cleaned and stocked up for us on our stay here name was . Madeline. The grounds was so clean and just absolutely beautiful. Fire pit at night with mores and live entertainment. Just so much more.... We will definitely be back and the price was definitely right. I highly recommend

The TV was too small. Had more towels for more people staying in 1 room. We had 3 people staying in our room only had w towel 2 rags 2 hand towels. But this is just improvements.we just went and ask for me they were more that glad to give you more towels.

Nice size suite, loved the jet bathtub with light and the fireplace. shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath salt was all provided. Although we didn’t use because it was cold outside, they had cute lounge seating areas at the end of each floor outside. Fruit, donuts, coffee, hot tea available 24/7. very close to the island that we walked there. Free breakfast with upgrade option at Reagan’s house of pancakes across street was very good!

They didn’t have a bonfire or music during our stay, but it was cold and rained one day. Our room floor wasn’t swept or mopped before arrival, but I didn’t tell them or I’m sure they would have taken care of it

The property is beautiful, and you can see the owners are constantly working on improving the hotel. It felt private even though it is located along the Parkway and by The Island at Pigeon Forge. Our bathroom was beautifully updated and modern. The flowers and groundskeeping were beautiful, and you could see there was a dedicated maintenance and groundskeeping staff presence. The rocking chairs, fires, sound of the water, and the mountain views were spectacular. I’m sure the views would be even more relaxing and beautiful to see if I hadn’t been on the ground floor, but everything was easily accessible from the ground level. There was also sufficient parking. The Island was in walking distance, and Reagan’s Pancakes were delicious for our complimentary breakfast.

I wish I wasn’t placed a room with access to adjoining room as I could hear much of what my neighbors were saying and doing because the adjoining room doors were thinner and wooden. I felt like I was inadvertently violating their privacy as I could distinctly make out what they were saying at times. I’m a light sleeper and very sensitive to noises at night, so others may not find this troublesome at all. My husband barely heard any noise. If you are a light sleeper, you should be fine if you request to not be placed in a room with adjoining access. The noise I heard was nothing worth complaining over, and I was still able to get decent sleep as the beds are comfortable and my neighbors were usually asleep by midnight.

The location is great and you can tell management takes a lot of pride in the grounds and the rooms. It definitely has the feel of a family run hotel opposed to a corporate run hotel, but in the best way possible. The 24 hour pool and hot tub was a great bonus. The grounds were clean and full of lush vegetation as well.

The only complaint at the entire hotel is that there is only one elevator servicing 5 floors and it just might be the world's slowest elevator. Sometimes it was quicker for me to walk across half the hotel, up 5 flights of stairs and back across half the hotel to my room before the elevator came. This is not an exaggeration.

This is the only place I’d stay at in PF! I can’t recommend it enough!!!

This was our first time staying here and will be staying again. The staff were super friendly and ready to answer any questions we had. The up to date bathrooms in the rooms were very nice. Having different options to do just at the hotel was nice. Fishing, camp fire, and even smores and live entertainment all the way down to fresh fruit and Krispy Kreme donuts whenever you want. And having fresh flowers outside on the balcony was and extra touch. I had read reviews on this place before we booked, and was so excited to get there and see what this place was all about. And it met all the expectations and more. Oh and you can't forget the free pancake breakfast across the street either. And for just 5 dollars extra a person you get to eat the buffet which my husband loved! So we will be staying here again for sure.

I wish there had been a seat/bench in the shower. Make it a little easier to shave your legs.

great location, lots of activities to do around the hotel, awesome breakfast voucher for the pancake house across the road!

They did not have a security latch on the door and they had lever handles so our 1yo & 2yo girls kept opening the room door and running out. we had to always place a cooler and chair in front of the door to prevent them from opening it. we talked to the front desk staff and they advised that many people has asked about a resolution to that issue before and that their wasn’t anything they could do about it.
