It was wonderful. The property is up to date, clean, well maintained, quiet with friendly staff.

The pillows need to be upgraded. They are too soft and flat. A person would need 4 each in order to have your head semi elevated. This was mentioned in several other reviews that I read prior to Booking. However, this will not prevent me from booking again.

Very Cj lean and nice couldn’t ask for a better place or cleaner place. Location was great but for the expense we paid was ridiculous once we got there still charge us $30 per fee then we checked out got home and charged on my card $75 more dollars pet fee?? I don’t understand we had a small shihtzu went out of our way to make sure we took her with us everywhere nothing I mean nothing out of place we empty our own trash and picked up straighten room up as if our own home. Never again for that price I could have rented a cabin or condo. $379.81 2 nights in motel room

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Room spacious and clean.Nice that I could bring my dog. They do have breakfast and it was nice to have that.

Beds not real comfortable had to purchase foam to go on top due to bed firm but not in the right places also noise getting in and out. Pillows very flat.stayed on pool side first floor and at times traffic was very loud due to cars with loud mufflers so room not sound proof.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love this hotel the rooms are large with a full size fridge,dishwasher, sink, dishes and silverware. The breakfast the 1st time we stayed wasn't nothing to mention due to Covid,however this time breakfast was so much better. They have 4 waffle makers, biscuits and gravy, biscuit sandwiches, oatmeal, juices, milk and fruits. The beds here are the most comfortable of any hotel I have visited. The staff has been friendly and the pools are great.

The king suite with couch was comfortable. Full size refrigerator, shower pressure good. Breakfast included the best.

The beds were comfortable even the pillows. Loved having a kitchenette. No stovetop but mainly used the microwave. Very roomy and clean. Alot of storage for your clothes and plenty of extra towels for 2 people. If you wanted to sleep in, the shades blocked out ALL the light. The desk attendant was very nice and accommodating. Never heard my neighbors. So that was nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Was a little disappointed that I didn't have a bathtub. But the walk in shower was very nice. Overall it was great.

The breakfast was good the location is perfect the beds are comfortable I like the fact that there’s not an overwhelming amount of people that can be a problem when you’re on vacation that’s why we came back we stayed at Hilton true a couple of months ago and we wanted to try the home 2. We will return

Breakfast was good. What you would typically expect for a hot hotel breakfast. Eggs, sausage, gravy, cereal, waffles, etc. Room was large and had a curtain that could divide the sitting/kitchen area from the sleeping area. Nice views of the area in just about every direction. Really enjoyed the layout of the room and the extra space compared to typical hotel rooms. Quick and easy drive to Dollywood. The Island is right across the street.

Our only complaint was with how busy the hotel was. It (along with its sister Tru hotel) are just outside of a baseball complex and is obviously very popular with teams playing in the tournaments. Probably not as bad during the week, but we stayed over a weekend and found breakfast to be particularly busy and hectic at times. I'd suggest heading down early if you are staying at a busy time. There was a nice outdoor pool area, but unfortunately we never got to enjoy it as it was always packed. I believe it is shared by the Home2 and Tru hotels so it was always occupied by multiple baseball teams at the same time. We have a 5 year old and did not feel comfortable taking her out after seeing all of the older kids running around. The indoor pool typically looked empty though.

The room size is great, there is room for all of us so that we all have space. The breakfast was great.

Our neighbors kept leaving their dog and it barked and scratched the door the entire time that they were gone. The first night the hotel called them back and it stopped barking once they returned. The following morning, they left shortly after 10 AM and it started the nonstop barking again. The hotel staff tried to call them back but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Hopefully there is a way to ban these guests in the future. They are terrible neighbors and horrible pet owners. We love Home 2 Suites (and Tru) but we wish that they weren’t all pet friendly.
