Great room. Friendly staff Large room with couch, sitting chair, office desk, separate bedroom. Hotel upgraded us to better room at no extra charge because they overbooked the room we reserved. Best room for the money on our entire trip!!!

Road construction leading to hotel. Was 5 miles from restaurants.

Comfortable and clean room. During our 5 day road trip this was the best of all the hotels. We also enjoyed having a glass of wine at the bar in the lobby!

Breakfast was below average due to COVID restrictions

Very clean and comfortable with a friendly helpful staff. Excellent BBQ place almost in parking lot. It's in the western edge of the city so it's very quiet

Traveled from Hawaii to attend a wedding that was close to the hotel. Room was spacious enough for us. It was nice to have full size fridge, but we did not stay long enough to use kitchen facilities. Staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to check in an hour earlier and out an hour later, which was very helpful to us as the wedding was at 4 and we wanted time to settle in and get ready and 3 would have cut it close. Breakfast was good.

Only down side was the sofa bed. it was not comfortable or really big enough for two. My grandson ended up sleeping in the chair that had two pieces so could stretch out legs

Breakfast was delicious when it was there, rooms were clean, facilities were nice, bar inside was awesome, AND pet friendly!!! Very up to date and enjoyable. Price was better than in Sioux Falls!

Staff was a little under par... checking in the lady was super nice, but she also was playing on her phone when I went to ask a question later on and wait time was a little much. Breakfast staff was behind with no care/food was gone for the most part.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and kind. It’s been months since I’ve experienced such an all around wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and the curtains actually kept it dark in the morning. The breakfast was way larger than I figured it would be, and delicious. Thank you to the few staff members I had the pleasure of meeting. You were absolutely wonderful.

Unfortunately the issue with the supplier for the shampoo and conditioners left the hotel with not such wonderful 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. This being the only thing that wasn’t more than wonderful.

The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff were friendly.

For the entire 6 nights they only replaced towels and emptied the trash five of the six days. They did not vacuum or clean anything for the entire stay. They made our beds once, on the last day. We would have liked our room cleaned since were were there for 6 nights. We expected better from housekeeping.

Room was clean, checkin was simple, I liked the online pre-check in so I could enter in my license plate number and such. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. Finding the entrance was a tad confusing but it's visible from the main road so it wasn't too bad.

My only complaint, and this isn't uncommon, is that the pet fee isn't included on the Booking.com app, instead it's added at the hotel. Not sure if this is something the hotel can improve or not, but it's frustrating when traveling with a pet that the fees aren't up front on the booking sites. I tried to call directly but did not get through.

The hotel was very clean and quiet - love the location and had very little problem with noise. The hotel was full of families who were there for a squirt wrestling tournament, but had no problem with noise in the evening at all! Even though they were short-staffed, the person who checked us in (who also had to bartend in the adjacent lounge area) did a great job of meeting our needs.

Breakfast was okay, but lacked a number of basic items (ie: butter, hot water, fruit selection, etc.) Not sure if it was due to supply shortages or just the fact they were short-staffed.

breakfast was good... room was really clean and spacious. The fireplace in the room was a nice addition although we did not need it during our stay.

The front desk attendant was a bit crabby on our arrival(arrived approx 7 pm) but not horrible. It just seemed like we were interrupting her. She must have been distracted as she told us our room was on the 2nd floor but it was not.
