The Bed was SO comfortable, I didnt want to leave! The room had everything you needed, so many outlets, good shampoo and shower gel (not only little ones you throw away), blowdryer, a big window for great light etc. The staff was extra nice! I arrived earlier but I got a room right away, even though it was way before check in time. Breakfast was great, multiple choices. Location was perfectly fine, close to the Minnesota boarder, close to Downtown and Falls Park. Did I mention, that the staff was super friendly? :)

Very good bkfst., same everyday. A little crowded near waffle station. I was there three nights, midweek. No coffee after 9:00 was a bummer.

Got there after a snow event, couldn’t navigate to the front door easily because no one bothered to use a shovel. Was simply told “welcome to SD”. I live in WI, we get snow, but know what happens if it’s not removed promptly….freezing, chance of falling, accumulation, etc. Also, the bathroom/closet door. Two inch gap when door to bathroom was closed. Not a good design. Need large waste baskets.

Breakfast was good. I like that eggs and bacon were an option. And the waffle machines were great. Many choices. The beds were VERY comfy. I wish I could have bought one of the pillows on the bed! The staff was always smiling and so friendly.

The eggs were cols at breakfast. The bathroom door in our room. Not completely private. Always a crack. My husband and son were laying on the bed and could see me get in to the shower even tho the door was shut. Sliding doors aren't the best. The shower leaked. I flooded the bathroom a bit while showering. The door to show was shut but water was running out the bottom. Didnt seem hotel was cleaned well. There was other people's hair on the floor. Coffee maker was dusty. I wish there was a pamphlet on hotel information. Such as what time bfast us, how to work the a/c, what floor vending machines are on.

First of all, this Best Western outclasses every other one we've ever stayed. If you're thinking about staying here, you better make sure you do - you have NO idea how wonderful it was (at least for us). It is brand new, extremely modern, very inexpensive, and everything else is superlative. The beds were the most comfortable we've had in years - seriously...firm with that oh-so-comfy soft top. The room was so inviting - much larger than most others - higher ceilings, it actually felt like we were in an exclusive private club, and were probably paying $500/night.

All right, there was absolutely NOTHING we didn't like. I'd give it a rating of 12 out of 10. Get the message?

CLEAN & TY WAS SO HELPFUL. TY IS YOUR BEST FRONT DESK PERSON. VERY FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE. WELCOMED ME. I WOULD COME BACK AND STAY BECAUSE OF HER. GAVE ME TOWELS I NEED FOR MY 4 DAY STAY.

TAMMY, WAS BOTHERED WHEN I WENT ALL THE WAY UP TO MY ROOM, 3RD FLOOR, KEY DID NOT WORK, CAME BACK DOWN AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY ANY KIND OF SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. JUST TOOK THE KEYS, PROGRAMMED THEM AND GAVE THEM BACK. DID NOT CARE FOR HER ONE BIT.

I loved the rooms. The rooms had hardwood floors instead of carpet, a coffee maker, a nice work space, USB ports and the hotel was environmentally conscience. The breakfast was good with some healthy options.

I was hoping the room would have been a little quieter. I could hear the traffic outside and noise in the hallways. This however would not stop me from staying there again.

We were a very late check in and your overnight front desk (and probably housekeeping) person (redhead) as well as the younger blond person (who was staying late to help out) were exceptional and extremely friendly! I'm sorry I didn't get their names because they were super friendly and kind. The concept could really work with a few tweaks. Our initial impression when we drove up was that there was no way we would get to stay at a fancy place like this for what we paid. It is a very nice newer property. At second glance, we were relieved to see that this wasn't too fancy but it was a nice change from the usual decor in comparable hotels. The rooms were very clean and a previous review mentioned the comfort of the beds. I wholeheartedly agree! Best beds and pillows of our whole trip. Also, appreciate no carpeting in the room!!! Breakfast got a good review from my young adult child (who also commented that i needed to specifically mention the night staff) as well as the wifi quality. A comfortable stay in a good location in a nice new clean building.

The blinding blue led beam of light across your windshield when you're pulling into the parking lot at night. Seriously, put a frosted piece of acrylic in front of it to make the same glo statement but without blinding people who may have been driving all day and night to get there. Also, I get the concept you're going for with the modem edgy look in what isn't a luxe hotel like W. But we saw the exact same artwork in the La Quinta we stayed at the previous night AND you're trying too hard. Better to spend some money on staff pay than on stuff that's about to look dated.

It was perfect!! They have a wonderful room with no carpet!! Thank goodness!! How many times have you walked on a hotel's carpet barefoot and felt a sticky or stiff area wondering what it was? The GLo was very clean, nice priced and had a friendly staff and great breakfast!! They are also pet friendly!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

This place is very nice and super clean. The beds were so comfy. The shower was awesome with the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash built in. The TV was huge and the ac worked great!! The pool looked great but I didn’t swim. The gym was 24-hour which was perfect! The location was also great. It was about 15 minutes from downtown but also close to other places to eat.

The breakfast is still grab and go due to Covid... which I get. However, I don’t see the difference in everyone getting cereal and fruit versus regular breakfast items. Kind of knit picking, because this place is great. I also wish there was a full length body mirror in the room.

It was different, but cool looking. The rooms were great! The whole place was clean, everyone is nice and the rates were reasonable! I am now going to look for Glo hotels when traveling.

That it was booked when we went to stay on the way home lol - no there was nothing I didn’t like!
