Clean, comfortable beds, great view, balcony, delicious breakfast, great bathroom set up with shelves and the soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, set up was fabulous. Dog friendly.

Shower head too low. My husband is only 5'11"or 5'10". Crack in ceiling. Not gross looking, just obvious, though we didn't seem to notice until the next morning.They were remodeling in numerous places. Outside area for dogs was small or non existent. Toilet seat was very hard.A few areas on or near the ceiling in the bathroom. Not sure what it was.

I had a very good Sunday brunch there.

I left my car unlocked in the parking garage, which I never do, but had my hands full of luggage. I forgot about it and when I returned, my car had been gone through. The thieves were thorough, went through glove box, console, etc. They did not take anything, not even expensive gifts I had purchased for my granddaughters. They were obviously looking for guns or money. I didn't report it because it was my fault and nothing was stolen. I'm wondering if the facility has cameras and if any of the guests reported this on Sept. 10, 2022.

The beds and restaurant.

Loud at night. The day we checked out the front desk, employees practically ignored us when my husband informed them we were checking out. They stared at us like we was talking a foreign language. I finally had to say hello excuse me. Then we snapped out of their rudeness. The younger crew there Friday and Saturday was great.

The Sunday buffet was amazing with a lot of varied options for breakfast or lunch appetites, including fruits, salads, an omelet stand and prime rib. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is close to many downtown attractions, so you can just park and walk. We were in town for the Riverfest which was an easy 2 blocks from the hotel. Staff were friendly and the free ramp parking made the stay even easier.

When I booked to room, I had the option to add a breakfast or just book the room without the breakfast (stated at $11/person). Well, the math was a wash. In fact, the buffet was $16 a person. If I had known that, I would have booked it differently. I suggest calling ahead to find out if it is worth the up-front fee if you plan to eat at the hotel. I'm not sure if that is the property or how Bookings.com lists it. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay.

Staff amazing,so helpful & explained the local area to us so we'll.. Location was perfect,Close to river walk and Sioux Falls & Phillip St where you'll find all restaurants & Bars you need.. Great pool and spa ... Breakfast was included.. bonus Plus grill 100 could quiet possibly do the best prime rib I've ever had

Superb location by our favorite part of Sioux Falls , historic downtown & near Falls Park. very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast ( our waiter, Ali, was very pleasant and attentive & the food was perfectly prepared) Our room & beds were comfortable.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Easy, plentiful parking...both in a lot out front or a garage. Very easy and enjoyable walking distance to Sioux Falls. Pet friendly. Room enough for an additional air mattress. The green lights of the Holiday Inn can be seen during the night to get you back easily as you walk to the Falls and the bridge.

I wish breakfast was included in the price.

The location was great, the facilities downstairs/lobby were nice. We had adjoining rooms and that was great.

The bathroom was not clean, did not look like it had been dusted or wiped down. The hotel was the priciest one we stayed at on our trip, and the person who checked us in informed us we should not have made our reservation through Booking.

The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and the room were was spacious and visually pleasing.

The breakfast was expensive and not worth the price.
