I think the best moment we had while at the hotel was talking with Shirley one morning at breakfast. She really has a presence about her that immediately welcomed us, and she made us feel like part of the family. (Please let Shirley know we remembered her) I could have chatted with her all day! :) The muffins and sugar waffles at breakfast are also absolutely delicious. We also thought the beds in the room were very comfortable. The water pressure in the hotel feels like a massage! I really can't think of anything to complain about. We had a really good time!

The Phone didn't work in our room, back to the remote was tapped up, they make enough money to replace a 10$ remote and the phone really man. The door handle to the restroom was broken, plus no vent with the toilet that's right next to your bed and sofa. Stinky.. pool was small but always empty. but really ended up loving my stay peaceful feeling of the crazy homeless but that's everywhere

The hotel was extremely clean throughout. Everything about the property is fantastic. From parking to being able t walk to everything. The bar is fantastic mostly because if 3 dollar top shelf Thursday and the bartender Jace. He is too notch and genially a great guy. The hotel staff from house cleaning, maintenance up to the front desk and management are above all others. Extremely friendly and genuinely enjoy what they do and it crosses over into guest services. Way above and beyond to make sure everything was good. With all of the traveling we do hands down the best stay we have ever had. So good we decided to stay two extra days just to enjoy.

The hotel was very clean, we checked in and went up to our room within 10 minutes, the breakfast was very good for the most part, the waffles were missing due to COVID restrictions. They had a little shop at the front desk where you could buy drinks and snacks so that was perfect so we didn’t have to leave the hotel! Pool closed at 11 so even thought we arrived around 9:30, we still had an hour to enjoy with the kids

There was barely any conditioner/shampoo/body wash when we checked at around 11:30 pm. We asked at the front desk for more but housekeeping had left by then and the man we asked didn’t know where there was more.

Unfortunately we were lazy after our nights on the town so we missed breakfast. Would have liked to have experienced that but we are night owls. The stay was great and we had a wonderful vacation that was much needed. Definitely recommend this location. Also, the tee tree shampoo, conditioner and soap....AWESOME!

The only thing I wish was different was the pool. It is VERY small and doesn't take much to fill up. Not a lot of seating at the pool either but this is a minor thing as we were not there for the pool. :)

They gave me a card that had the wrong room number listed. It was for the 5th floor and I was on the 3rd. I figured this out when I went to the 5th floor and that room was occupied. I also didn't like that my credit card was already ran for the room as I was told about a deposit not pulling out for the night when I wanted to use a different method of payment.

The room was clean, location great, the exercise room. I didn't make it to the bar. The breakfast was alright.

I love the accommodations and the staff

I did not like the price change. I wanted to add and additional night and it cost ten dollars more. Then I wanted to book the room for this Sunday August 15th but the room price increased again to over $300.00 per night, which is crazy. I just paid $160 and $170 for the two nights. That increase is huge. I stayed there two weeks prior and informed the staff I will be spending a lot of weekends there until the end of the year but not at tjose prices.

We had 2 beds and on one of the them the flat sheet had something on it. There was either nail polish or blood, something like that and I would have called the desk about it but I didn’t notice until the next morning.

Pay for parking????? I had to ask. The person in the front didn't tell me. If I wasn't proactive, my car would have been towed! Super understaffed in the lobby. Could not accommodate checking ppl in and guests purchasing snacks.
