Sleep Inn Airport West Columbia

This place is a little gem. While it remains an "airport" hotel, the staff was universally helpful and welcoming. They were truly concerned with every aspect of guests' needs. Brittany is a treasure! Everything flowed so smoothely that one was unaware of any problems whatsoever. Good rooms, good breakfast, quiet area, and convenient to West Columbia!

Zero problems; they knocked it out of the park!

Room & bathroom was very clean. Mattresses were very comfortable so we had have a good night sleep. Air-conditioning in the room is pretty quiet. You have mini coffee maker at the room. However, no bottle water. There is a small swimming pool outside of the hotel, however it is on the side of the parking.

We had no soap, shampoo in the room. I had to go to the reception and ask for it. The only things there were lotion and conditioner. The walls are not sound proof. We had room next to the family with kids and you could hear them yelling and crying at night.

Very clean room and very comfortable bed. The young woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choices were good. Ice machine just down the hall.

I don't know if I didn't know how to use the AC. It was a little humid. Maybe I should have selected "dry"! :)

Staff super friendly and helpful, morning breakfast was actually amazing. A little expensive especially coming from Canada with conversion, but worth it compared to some of the reviews we saw on other, cheaper hotels. Rooms were clean.

Cost is really the only bad thing here

Needs a little TLC with updates. The room was clean. I like the microwave and fridge. Was there for 2 nights and hardly saw any staff. Great location by the airport.

The only issue was the shuttle. Didn't know you had to pre-request shuttle until I contacted the Hotel when we arrived at the airport after looking around to find it. Also when we where heading back we were told they were not sure if they would have the shuttle but would make arrangements with Uber.

Diron at the desk did a nice job. We didn't have a TV remote, and he found a spare for us to use. Having a Shoneys right next door was nice. Place was clean and comfortable.

The sliding bathroom door sticks when fully opened, and almost wouldn't open. The light switch inside the door didn't turn on any lights. The TV remote was missing

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, welcoming, informative and seem to really take pride in the work they do. The location was very nice. The hotel was clean, quite and comfortable. The breakfast selections was a great variety and quality. This hotel was convenient for us and close to where we were going while visiting. Highly recommend the stay.

Staff members friendly and pleasant. Despite Covid difficulties curtailing some items, hotel still served a good breakfast.(sealed single-serving Kellogg's cereals, strawberry yogurt, instant grits and oatmeal envelopes, sealed sweet rolls of various types, OJ, coffee.) Plenty of towels and washcloths, consistent supply of hot water for showers. Iron and full-size ironing board provided in room, as well as hair dryer, modern TV with remote and cable hookup, dorm fridge and small microwave oven. Free, fast wi-fi

Small facility problems: sink stopper refused to seat and seal, for example. Refrigerator thermostat out of whack; froze soft drinks put in it. Only one chair for seating. Minor annoyances, nothing more.

The room was nice and had fun at the pool . It was also convenient with restaurants next to it and it wasn't that far from the zoo .

They was a musty smell in are room that mad me sneezed

In room 306-The bathtub was stained. Also, the Hotel Info Binder was yucky. Looks as if something was wasted on it, so the pages were stuck together.
