Motel 6-Columbus, OH - West

I like the location cuz it's close to my work what I don't like is the fact that there's a nicer one in University and the price for three nights was 155 where it was 179 out the door where it was two something almost 250 here and then I don't like on your your app when I put in it didn't give me a discount for the fifth day cuz I was trying to book the rest of it with you and I end up going with hopper you know it's just hard when you want to go with one site but it doesn't work with you cuz the apps the way it they are maybe you could fix that and maybe I'd use your site more often

Well about motel 6 what I didn't like I called corporate in Texas because I couldn't book the three days cuz I had cash on me and I only had so much on my card and they wouldn't even match the the price from the one and University you know I mean so it is what it is and I can't get you guys I can't get any site to do anything with it cuz there's no way to contact anybody so maybe you guys can do some perks for me for that so the next time I book something I'm about ready to book it for tomorrow let me know

The room was clean and the front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. I like that you need to have a key card to get onto the elevator, it made me feel more secure. No one messed with anything and people kept to themselves. Lots of options for food nearby as well.

Possible for price offer a breakfast option. The pool wasn't open and I am unsure for how long it has been closed. For $80+ for a room/per night those two things might have helped perfect the score.

Overall, it was a great location and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and nice and it’s always a plus to have a pet friendly hotel that’s decent looking because we travel with our pets a lot and usually it’s either slim Pickens, or the pet charges are outrageous.

I loved that it was safe to be in when you would lock the doors. I brought a lock with me and I didn’t even have to use it because they had a bolted locked and an extra lock. definitely felt safe!

I’m not the type of person to complain and I worked in a hotel/motel before so I definitely understand about the sink but the water pressure with the water splashing everywhere kind of was annoying but I cleaned it up everytime after I used it. I’m not sure if it can be fixed and I’m sorry for complaining.

The front desk at check in and out were both super nice! Very friendly! Beds were ok comfort wise…great value for the price

Bathroom was super small and could have been better cleaned and the towels were super thin and rough it hurt to wash my face with it!

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The info on my reservation said there was no parking but that was not true. That needs to be corrected since it might scare people off. it was probably the best Motel 6 we have ever stayed at. It was convenient to both a restaurant and the highway.

This was the nicest Motel 6 I’ve been to in ages: clean, fresh and new looking, better room layout than most with a separate little table/sitting area, helpful and friendly staff.

The location was nice and it was quite.

The pool wasn't open to use the whole time we were there. From June 30-thru July 4. And it was very hot.

Location is in a quiet spot near dozens of restaurants, and is adjacent to the highway leading into Columbus.

Had a no-smoking room but the hallway smelled of some smoke.

The cleaning staff was exception with prompt and satisfying service when asked for some extra pillows.
