Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Columbus West

This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. The room was incredible, the pool was heated and very refreshing. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was amazing. It was a great location for all of the things we anted to do like the Columbus Zoo. My son it was his favorite hotel ever. We had a 2 room suite which was a long rectangle with the living area in the front, kitchen and bathroom in the middle and 2 queens beds in the back. My son loved the fact there was a blue ray player.

We had a loose tile on the kitchen floor that drove us nuts but that is an easy fix. I wish there were more dishes in the kitchen area like a colander and a frying pan.

It was clean!!!! Loved the kitchenette had a full size refrigerator! Great pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a good variety. The pool was super clean!

You could hear the people above us all night meaning the whole time they were walking it sounded like they were stomping. You also could hear some of the traffic but not to bad.

The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. Online it was described as “free breakfast included” which was a little misleading. I was looking forward to eggs prepared hot and fresh rather than boiled. The staff at the desk was very courteous and helpful. Our rooms were very clean comfortable, and quiet.

Kay was very friendly and welcoming during our check in process! The beds were comfy. Our first stay at a Hawthorne so we were surprised by the layout and size of the suite. It’ll be nice for longer stays so we’ll definitely keep it in mind next time we travel.

The pullout sofa bed looked questionable so we didn’t end up using it. The grab n go breakfast consisted of a banana and breakfast bar + water and cream cheese spread (and their coffee/juice setup). Could also hear a lot of noise throughout the night- between the elevator, people walking by, and the A/C in the room

The room was great, guest service was awesome! It took just a couple of minutes to check in and she verbally explained everything to us!

The peephole on the door was broken oh, and the staff elected to use toilet paper to stuff into the hole. I found this to be a poor way to cover the hole, and rather unsanitary. However when I brought it to staff's attention oh, they just shrugged it off and thank me for letting them know.

Spacious rooms. Late check out. We needed the room till 1pm. Cost alittle extra but well worth it.

Toilet in 1 room didnt work great. They offered another room but we wanted our Joining rooms so we made do.

The staff was very accommodating. Pool was very clean. Room had nice kitchen with full size fridge. Cleanliness was good.

Continental breakfast was carb fest. Only item other than carbs was an apple. Furniture was serviceable but not comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick to help With what you needed or if you had questions. Would use it again if back in town. Rooms were very cozy.

Had a wind storm that pulled off some of the aluminum trim or siding and it kept hitting the building or window that kept me up throughout the night. Was not anyone’s fault. Act of God so I’m not upset about it. Just was the only thing I didn’t like.

i loved everything the bed was comfy the room was spotless when we got there loved that the couch was a pull out bed will definitely be here again 👍🏼👍🏼

pool aasnt open but looked like they were doing a remodem and covid so its understandable
