The room was very clean and comfortable and had both a refrigerator and microwave. The location was convenient and I felt safe staying here - the hotel offered plenty of parking near the building and doors were also locked at 11 PM for building security purposes. Breakfast was an average hotel continental breakfast, but there were plenty of different options.

The room was on the small side and the building is dated. Signs in the lobby suggest a makeover is in the works, though! Only real complaint is the shower curtain was totally useless. Definitely put down the bath mat and an extra towel or two, because the floor WILL get wet.

We've stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites before when we were driving cross country. We stayed here this time since it's a hop, skip and a jump from my friend's mother's house who we were visiting. We love the cleanliness of this hotel, the free parking and free breakfast. We had a 2 queen bed room and the beds were comfortable, although not as soft as we prefer. As with most hotels there isn't enough light in the rooms so it was a bit on the darker side. Also the electrical outlets were a bit loose so we weren't able to charge anything in the lights next to the beds, but had to use only the ones across the room. The hotel was still using Covid-19 protocols so they left notices stating that unless you were there for only 1 day they wouldn't be doing room cleanings during our stays. We were able to get fresh towels after day 2 by asking the housekeeper in the hallway and she also emptied our trash and had our toilet plunged one time when it clogged. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were pretty good. I'm not a fan of the Denver Omelette breakfast, but the cheese omelette was very nice. We drove to Village Inn for breakfast one morning to try something different. There are tons of places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner (the Runza restaurant was fantastic and has a very nice dining room). All in all, we really like this Hampton Inn & Suites and plan on staying here again in the future. There's plenty of free parking and we even saw they had put out cookies one night which I haven't seen at any Hampton Inn & Suites since the pandemic began, so that's a great sign!

I'm allergic to peppers, so the Denver Omelette was my one dislike, but that's just me. But the lemon potatoes at breakfast made up for it ;o) They were very yummy.

The location was convenient, easy to get to. Room was comfortable. We liked having Lazos within walking distance too. Staff was friendly and eager to assist.

The breakfast was nice, however, it would have been nice if there were some items for guests with allergies, such as dairy-free menu items.

My mom, brother and I went to Lincoln, NE to visit our sister. The Hampton Inn was so centrally located, The service was excellent. The breakfast was deliciously yummy with so many choices. We really had a such a good stay. They were so accommodating for my elderly mom too.

Elevator takes a little bit of a wait, ice machine/vending a bit dirty. People walking and talking loudly in the hallway at 1am, no noise barrier.

This location is a little hard to find as its behind the restaurant Lazlo's but is worth it for the stay. The night manager was very helpful to make our stay great. We would definitely stay here again.

So clean. Great atmosphere inside and out. Easy up close parking. Staff was so helpful with directions and very accommodating. Easy check in and checkout. Delicious free breakfast! Very nice soap and toiletries.

The highlights were the ease of check in/friendliness of staff and the accessible breakfast, even with restrictions/limitations.

The one thing I would suggest is to upgrade the showerheads. water pressure was good, but the showerheads are poor quality, shooting water in all directions. This was my second stay as this exact location in a week, and the showerheads (same type) were consistently bad. The showerheads really left a bad impression on an otherwise fantastic stay.

The rooms were clean, and beds were very comfortable. The location was great for what we needed, the breakfasts was good and the ladies taking care of it were so helpful and friendly.
