It's always a great place to stay. Staff is very nice. The beds are super comfy. The parking lot is safe and well lit. When traveling with musical equipment being wearing a band we're always very glad when we wake up in the morning and all our equipment is safe. Has a great breakfast bar with delicious hot coffee.
Found a couple live bed bugs in the bathroom. Didn't wake up with any bites and didn't see any in the bed but have video of them in the bathroom and they were very much alive.

Coming into Lincoln, from the southeast, on Hwy 2, the hotel was easy to find, and had plenty of parking. The room and bath were very clean, and the beds comfortable. There was a sizable selection of foods for breakfast: folded egg-scramble with cheese, sausage links, waffles with syrup, assorted bread/bagel/pastries (with assorted toppings/spreads), fruit cups, yogurts, assorted cereals, fresh fruit, coffees, juices and milk. Very satisfying.
A couple of small things ... Upon check-in, we seemed to have caught the reception clerk at a bad time; however, the rest of the staff we encountered (during our stay) were very amiable. The room's clothes-cabinet was missing one knob, and its hinges squeaked terribly ... but the rest of the room was great!

Breakfast is offered but I didn’t have any. Very welcoming lobby and staff. Great bathroom lighting above mirrors and plenty of counter space. I have always enjoyed the jacuzzi tub during previous stays. Nice size rooms. Clean facility throughout.
The jets in the jacuzzi did not all work properly. The “fireplace” was deceiving. Pictures of it looked nice, corner set up with nice mantle, it was barely an electric fireplace, screen had cuts in it. We will stay again, just will not pay for a deluxe suite.

The hotel is new and our room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The location is convenient, just off of the Nebraska Parkway with easy access to the Route 2 Warner Expressway to the east and a few miles drive from I-80 in the west. After staying here, I decided to book an AmericInn for our next stop, and was not disappointed. The hotel is close to Walmart, where we purchased some food to eat in the room, and there are some restaurants nearby.

I loved the spacious room. The bed was very comfortable -- good pillows. Nice desk to work on. Great big screen TV. Liked having a microwave and fridge. I didn't use it, but I was pleased to see a shower chair for anyone who might need it. I met a very nice cleaning lady who assisted me in finding my room, and the gentleman who checked me out in the morning was very pleasant. I had some work to do, so I only sat in it a brief time, but the recliner was very comfortable, and a very nice addition to the room. Again I didn't use them, but the iron, ironing board and blow dryer were very nice additions. And I always love that I can make a hot cup of coffee for myself in the morning. I had plans for breakfast, but the breakfast at the motel smell delicious.
Really my only complaint was the person who checked me in. She was the first person I saw, and she certainly left a sour taste in mouth. She didn't smile -- she in no way made me feel welcome. I can't say she really said anything wrong -- she just gave me the impression that she had more important things to do than to check me in.

The freightliner train coming through at 3 a m. and 7 a.m. It was horn blaring and about 15 mins long. I did not hear it come through at other times. I was in room from 5 pm until 11 pm Windows open and no train. Never heard one after 7:30 or so during day. Railroad tracks are 100 feet away from rooms so they are not coming through your room but it feels like it at 3a.m.

Clean and rustic on the inside. Nice large indoor swimming pool and pool table. Breakfast was good. An egg along with some meat. The usual waffles. Pet-friendly with outdoor areas for walking them.
It was on the far southeast side of town. Good if you want to stay in that location. I did feel it was slightly priced higher than what it was worth, but all other available hotels were also high-priced.

The faucets in the shower definitely need updating. Worn out and had to turn on in opposite direction then what it actually says to. Hot was cold and cold was hot in both rooms it was like this.

First room didn't have a television remote. Some maintenance items were needed in our suite - the sink handle rotated loosely with no cold-hot adjustment, the bathtub spout diverter was jammed, and the AC unit had a constant vibration and rattle.
