Hotel rooms are a great size, evening reception is a nice perk however, the snacks were terrible. Breakfast was good, but should last longer than 9 AM location is great staff or friendly the lady working the breakfast on the day of our stay was super friendly.
The evening reception needs to be improved with better snacks and it needs to be cleaned up. It was quite a mess during the evening reception. The breakfast needs to last longer than 9 AM. People are traveling and that is an unrealistic time to be open.

We were in town for a concert. Not only was the arena within walking distance, but so many other area attractions were as well. The Hotel provided many activities including children on property and to have multiple options for meals within the Hoyel as well made for a very relaxing stay.
Parking was across the street and had to carry baggage into hotel instead of having access from the garage to the hotel via the Skywalk. Although I understand why, it would've been nice. We did get to use it to carry out though.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Complimentary drinks (albeit a short time frame) and a main area to chat and meet up is a nice touch.
The rooms are definitely outdated, no USB or extra outlets, no smart TVs or options for. The construction/loud clammoring of workers (vent cleaning or something in the hallways just outside the room doors) in and out of the building at 9:00 on a weekend was not great, at least a warning would have been nice.

Breakfast was good BUT the serving hours need to be extended. 6:30 - 8:30 am is tooooooooo early when you are traveling and want to relax. I was told the hours were selected to serve the business people traveling. Myself and all the families with lots of kids traveling deserve consideration also. I saw pouty teenagers who obviously didn't want to be up, families with 3-5 kids trying to wrangle them all at an early hour. I skipped breakfast the 2nd day choosing to sleep and just brought up a muffin and banana on the previous day. I would have preferred the omelet but needed sleep.

The staff was excellent. The bar and staff at the bar was excellent. The food was great. The beds where very comfortable. The rooms where clean. The valets where great and very accommodating.
There was no liquid soap in the bathroom for washing your hair. There was no menu or any outside restaurant info in the room. Compared to other embassy hotels I've stayed at it was a bit dated. The little store the hotel offers is quite over priced. It should be at more of a normal price to accommodate the guests. The hot water took forever to get warm and never got hot.

Clean, good location, nice lobby large enough for all, happy hour and breakfast.
Had a hard time changing a reservation made through Booking.com. Was on the telephone for a full hour. Transferred twice and cut off once after being on hold for 15 minutes. One person did not speak good English and did not know the difference between cancellation and adjusting the reservation. It really should have been a five minute issue to solve.

The Embassy Suites Lincoln is a fine hotel.
The parking situation could be better, but the valet service worked just fine. You need to upgrade the TV's and in-room entertainment options. Many hotels now allow you to get your Netflix account.

The room was big and very nice, the pool was really nice and the hot tub was amazing, the breakfast in the morning was the best of any hotel I ever stayed in. We are definitely going to go again!!!

The staff was very friendly and outgoing and helped out in any way they could. The food was also very good and was available at reasonable times.
I didn't know about the parking situation. They only have valet parking and that wasn't said anywhere on their website or when I booked it. I had to use the city garage for parking and pay the fee there to park but they have a enclosed bridge to the hotel from the garage.

Loved the location, the room size, the breakfast that was included in the rate and made to order, loved that there was a restaurant on site, pool area was nice.
Pool area and other areas I don’t feel are large enough to handle the capacity of the hotel. It was really full when we were there and the pool was pretty crazy.
