It's so quirky! I love the theme of the hotel. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Temperature was easy to control. I love the bicycle hire provision. Lincoln is such a nice town, perfect to be explored by foot or bike. I'd definitely come back to stay here. You should definitely check it out!

The bathrooms are so aesthetic! That wallpaper! 🌽😍 However I feel they're a little small. I, as a solo traveller, felt a little crowded with just myself there, so if I was having to share, I'd be a little annoyed. There's no way two people can comfortably get ready in the bathroom at the same time. The ironing equipment in my room wasn't that great either. The ironing board was a little flimsy and wobbled a lot (I had to stick a slipper under one leg to stabilise it a bit). The iron didn't really iron that well either. Collectively, not the best place to stay if you need to get ready for an event (especially if you're sharing your room with someone). Also, sucks how you have to pay extra for parking.

The location couldn't be better. Staff is great. Bed was superb. The building is unique and has character and while it is aging, it is well maintained and cared for. If I travel back to Lincoln I'll be staying here.

I wish daily parking for guests was a bit cheaper. $20 a day adds up quick for guests staying longer than one or 2 days. Also was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room on arrival. Just looking at the rest of the facility I'm guessing my room was a one off.

All I can say is WOW. This is by far the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in, and was so pleasant throughout our whole stay. The decor in the rooms and throughout the entire hotel is so intentional and thoughtful, it felt very reflective of Nebraska and I loved the school/student theme. Our room was spacious and comfortable, had a great couch/seating area. The bed was better than my bed at home and I had a great night of sleep. I’ll make it a point to stay at a Graduate hotel should I find myself in a college town in the future, and you should too! I also felt like this was great value for money.

Very and knowledgeable staff, when i made the reservation I told them it was my birthday and our anniversary, they gave us free drink tickets and a pair of free meal tickets for their restaurant.

They said they upgraded our room, originally I checked for a Capital View and we ended up with a Stadium view, which is all construction...but on the 16th Floor, it still looked great! The walls are thin! After food and drinks, we were in bed halfway early, and our neighbors, guessing who had been drinking more, were far from quiet, we heard them thru the walls quite well...and it wasn't just talking... Typically don't have that problem at other hotels we've been to.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated, as the entire hotel. It is located in the Haymarket district, which is a very fun area of Lincoln, with a lot of bars and restaurants. Parking was very conveniently located right next to the hotel.

Linda Clark-Moore (night auditor) and Brittany (day clerk) were exceptional. They went above and beyond with their helpfulness, problem solving, and professionalism. Had it not been for the two of them the answers to this survey would have been less than favorable. We ran into a booking/reservation issue which Linda handled extremely well. There was an issue with heater/ac unit and Brittany made sure that it was taken care of.

Didn't like the fact that patrons are charged for parking in addition to room fees. Should this continue we could stay at a better hotel with free parking for same fee. We travel to Lincoln quite often. It would also be nice to have some kind of patron membership with discount incentives such as other hotel chains

The hotel is located in a college town. Very walkable with a lot of restaurant choices. The room was very retro and well decorated. The evening hotel staff were very knowledgeable and personable. Parking garage was located attached next door.

Hard to bring luggage in from the garage. Wanted to purchase a Graduate postcard (like the one in the room) but was told they are not available to purchase.

Very cute decor, Nebraska themed, super nice and accommodating staff.

Had a 15 dollar charge that noone ever explained to me what it was for- however my baby did have a blowout and ruined a pillow so perhaps it was that. Also Pre charged for amenities whether I used them or not- such as the snack bar. The attached restaurant did not include room service. Enclosed pool not heated, so couldn't take the kids swimming like they wanted.

Very interesting and memorable decor! The price and downtown location were great! We would definitely stay here again.

The parking garage was small with very tight parking spaces. I felt like I was going to scrape the side of my car with each turn while driving in the garage. The scrapes I saw on the sides on the concrete walls lets me know that it happens often! The elevator in the parking garage was out of order.

Great location, unique and very cool vibe. More hotels should create stays like this.
