I booked the room knowing nothing about Kansas City and was nervous that it would be…let’s just say not the best. I was pleasantly surprised to see how new the hotel was! Clean, safe, easy to find, close to access for everything that we wanted to do in Kansas City. I will recommend this property! Next time, I’ll bring my pets. Website said no pets but they are actually allowed. I could have remedies this with a quick phone call but that’s fine!

everything very clean and in good condition, the hallways smell good as do the rooms. cleanliness is great The pool area is also nice. It has a lot of clean towels and everything around is very clean.
I only have one negative thing to say about my stay. I stayed 3 nights there and we never had cleaning service in the room. We also didn't get clean towels. but I went to the reception and the very friendly staff provided me with clean towels.

Amazing hotel! : super super clean, good breakfast, everything is new inside of the room. I think it was recently built or recently upgraded, really nice place. I have to come to Kansas City often and planning to stay there every time I come. The staff is super nice and kind! Erica you are such a beautiful soul! Be blessed! Thank you for all your help! I loved that it showed my name on the TV screen! That’s really cool!

The breakfast was terrific. Many people were there eating, the staff could still keep the food stocked, and the freshly cooked food was delicious. I am very thankful to the team for their hard work and dedication
The beds were very firm, and they made our bodies hurt, but that is just personal preference and not a hit against the hotel

There were eight black people in the room next to us that partied until 2am. They were loud, obnoxious, and played shitty music. I know there was a ton of empty rooms at the hotel. don’t put everyone in the same 12 rooms in juxtaposition to make it easier on housekeeping.

It was a very nice hotel. Very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was in a nice area. Close to places we needed. Very nice new hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
The only complai t we had was there was no hot tub. But thats no big deal. We loved it here.

The breakfast was fantastic, the staff was friendly and prompt. The rooms were clean and everything inside of the rooms was top quality The reason for the imperfect score is due to the tv streaming service was not working on the entire floor i was staying on.

The decor was beautiful and comfortable. The food was good, but the women that was helping with the food went over and above. I heard her helping several people of all ages. She was kind and genuine. I was very impressed with her!

I was a little disappointed that the bathroom door didn’t lock. It had one of the new style sliding barn door. There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
