The breakfast was f****** awesome I loved it they had eggs biscuits and gravy bacon hash Brown that had waffles that had cereal all kinds of juices cranberry loves one of my favorites they had Siri everything you can think of and I loved it and my hotel room was awesome that hot tub was Unbelievably nice I loved it

Getting there was a hassle because they're doing road construction on highway 101 in Elk River turning it into a freeway so everything is screwed up and hard to get to also the pricing of it was not that great I've gone to other hotel rooms that are nicer than that and cheaper than that so I think probably because it's country and it's gotta be you know high priced no it could be a little bit cheaper on the price but besides that it's alright

The room and property were very clean with two exceptions. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The motel serves breakfast, but also is in close proximity to Perkins. They allowed us to check in a little prior to 3 p.m. We were grateful. We had a wedding to attend 30 minutes north of Elk River that afternoon.

There was a slight odor when we entered our room. Couldn't really pinpoint the origin of the odor. The couch upholstery looked worn. Through no fault of the motel's, it was a little difficult to locate with all the road construction in that area.

We were in town for a graduation and selected Comfort Inn. The lady that checked us in and out was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, only had juice and cereal but there were several other selections to choose from. We would stay here again if ever up this way !

The only thing, and I forgot to tell the front desk was the fan on the ac/heater sounded like it was needing attention...very loud. I actually woke up in the middle of the night and thought a helicopter was out in the parking lot( like a life flight) until I realized what it was.

Breakfasts were excellent and location was very convenient.

Carpeting is a little old and stained. The handicap seat in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it’s wood and moldy! Also bathroom door needs adjusting to close.

Staff did not know how to use the credit card for booking rooms for two! She calls me to the room and request to provide Credit card one more time as the transaction did not go through! Its ridiculous! The entire road is blocked and work was going on and had to detour to reach the hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for us.

The housekeeping staff only replaced towels when we asked to have the room serviced. The hotel needs an update. The rooms are a bit run down.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very attentive. Breakfast was amazing!!

Wish we would have known about the construction lol. We missed the detour and ended up going the long way around. (Not the hotels responsibility)

Well as staffed with attention to details. Large and comfortable king suite. Large hot tub in pool area. Nice breakfast

The floor creaked with each step and we could hear the person above us. The plastic wear at breakfast was almost too weak to cut my waffle

Loved the breakfast, lots of vegetarian options! They even had sugar-free syrup! The staff was friendly and check out was so easy

The main lobby and breakfast suite could use a remodel

Pool area could use more table and chairs and bathroom tile grout needs to be replaced or scrubbed up. You can see black mold and built in dirt. Otherwise everything else was great.
