The room was clean and odor free. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, hot, and had a good variety of options. Staff was always visible and cleaning. This is by far the best Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. Highly recommend!
This is very nit picky, I wish they offered 1/2 and 1/2 with the coffee, not just artificial creamers. If this is the only negative I can come up with, then you should book a room.

Room lay out was accessible for the mobility challenged in our family. Breakfast offered many options and was tended regularly by staff; refilled, wiped down etc. Staff were friendly and thoughtful. Plenty of parking available.
The ice maker was across the hall from our room and very noisy when guests used it late into the night (after midnight and later into the morning). Guests were not noisy, but the machine when in use is.

The room was reasonably sized and the bed was comfortable. There were 3 chairs, which was nice. The shower had great water pressure and the vanity counter in the bathroom was good sized.
The bathroom itself was very small. It was not big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Some hotels have the sink separate from the tub/shower and toilet, which allows 2 people to get ready at the same time.

We have stayed here several times before and this is the reason we keep going back . Staff are polite and friendly and eager to help if needed. Great value here and the complimentary breakfast is such a nice addition to staying here as its a great way to start the day .
Nothing comes to mind that would make me frown over staying here as everything is excellent and great value for the money .What we do not like is having to leave for home ,lol

The bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning was fantastic since it was pretty warm during my stay. I liked how quiet my floor was.
The construction. The dryer twisted my clothing items and stretched them. It needs a new lint catcher.

This sounds petty, and I would probably get used to it after a few nights, but the heater made quite a lot of noise when running. It was a very cold, windy night so the poor thing had to kick in every 20 minutes.

Clean, safe, comfortable, quiet, easy freeway access, easy parking, decent breakfast.
The only problem was that the TV was not working. After a busy week, I had an hour or so to watch TV but it was set to antenna not or cable. The remote provided has just the most basic functions. The person at the front desk wasn't helpful he said, "it should be working". The morning desk person said, "someone must have changed it".

Breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and warm. Good selection for a free breakfast.
We were next to the laundry room and one night coins from the machines were collected during the night. It was quite noisy.
