The hotel was wonderful it was very clean. The beds were ok but not bad. The breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of food options.
I did not appreciate being rushed out of our room. At 11am a staff member knocked on the door I stated I needed 15 more min and the person had a rude attitude. She literally stood outside the door waiting for us to vacate. I really felt harassed and it made me feel upset that I was being treated like this. After the 15 min the person came in the room and started doing whatever she needed to do. Out of all the rooms in the hotel they stood at our door rushing us to leave. We were in town because of my daughter graduating with her Masters from the local college. Unfortunately it was a wonderful stay but the way we were treated when it was time to go I will never stay there again especially being a person of color.

Breakfast was great, and out early enough for tradesmen like myself. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. Also the smart TV access was nice. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and more, plus Bluetooth music and phone casting. They also have a pool, although I didn't bring my trunks, and I'm pretty sure they had a hot tub, but not entirely sure. I was also told they have adult swim from 10 to midnight.
I stayed there in room 214 the week before, and the shower drained poorly, but my dumb self never told the front desk, and now I'm understanding that I should have, and now I'm facepalming myself, because how else are they supposed to know they need to fix it?

Let me say I was skeptical booking this one. Arrived and front desk was very nice and friendly. Lobby was very nice and clean. Room had an old musty smell but was very clean. Needs some cosmetic treatment done but nothing that was horrible at all. Room was big. Bed was comfortable. TV have streaming channels, unfortunately they don't have it connected to their wifi and wasn't able to get it connected. Room was quite. Only bad thing I seen was windows were dated and all bottom floor windows had a stick to prevent opening instead of an updated lock. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

The stay was fantastic. Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. Room was great sized, big whirlpool tub, fireplace and amazing shower. Place was clean and fun with the pool. The breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel, tons of options, stocked and warm. Highly recommend.
The A/C unit in the room was needed to balance the warmth from the fireplace, but eventually the A/C unit made some noise. No problem since the window was utilized to get some fresh/cool air.

The location was ideal for us: easy access from the highway (we were traveling to Denver from the Midwest), right next to a park where we could walk our dog. There were food options nearby. Decent accommodations for a quick stay.
The room seemed pretty worn (e.g. scratches on bathroom door, grout dingy). The breakfast was typical free hotel fare, which means we went to a terrific coffee shop in town for real coffee and food. The price, while modest, was still high for the quality of the stay.

Breakfast, room & staff were all very good. The night auditor Dave went way above his responsibilities in helping me with my rental car which was a 2023 model that was way newer than my car. He helped me find the key fob & showed me how to use it.
Lighting in the room was poor, especially for reading in bed. That is something you might try to improve.

An exceptionally clean and efficiently run hotel with large rooms, hot breakfast and friendly staff especially considering the current state of the pandemic and shortage of staff and supplies. Located right off I35 so convenient to gas and food although fast food dining rooms were not open and other eateries were open and closed and could not figure out their pattern. Pet friendly with large grass areas for walking dogs. Great shower and never ran low on pressure or hot water no matter when used. Nice, and clean pool area and spa. Welcoming and large lobby with water available 24/7.
Little things and none would prevent us from staying here again. Bath sink was backing up. Needs attention. Back staircase was never cleaned during the 6 days we were there. Maids forgot to replenish things in the room. Maids knocking on door 8:30 in morning for leisure travelers. Back door card reader was hard to get to work so people propping door open. No elevator to 2nd floor.

Breakfast was awesome! Beds were comfortable! The staff was very friendly! wish we had more time to swim. The pool looked very inviting. The vaulting makes the area feel more open.
I did notice some chipped paint and scratched furniture in our room, 110. It did smell like wet dog in our room but that didn’t bother me since I have two dogs at home. Others might notice though.

Tight schedule - did not eat breakfast, but I could smell it and see it and it looked great!
I traveled with dogs and always do a visual "sweep" of the room to make sure no one dropped pills or food they might get into. I found a few crackers between the bed and the nightstand, so nothing harmful.

Very friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. Stayed actually twice recently there and both times were awesome. It was nice to go in the pool area and then have a jacuzzi in the room as well. Made the stay so much more relaxing. It was neat and clean all over the hotel. They had a great selection in their breakfast and hot cakes on a conveyor belt. Just a push of a button and a minute later you have 3 little pancakes. Pretty cool. Also they had a guitar there my boyfriend was playing and just made a really good memory for us.
