staff was very nice and helpful. couldn’t get tv to work in our room. she came down and got it working.
the door to our room (105) kept sticking and wouldn’t shut and latch when you went in or out. had to slam door. pool was kind of cold. thought it would be warmer then it was. Breakfast area is to congested. A lot of people in there at one time and the bulky chairs don’t help as they have to stick out and people have to try to maneuver getting around people that are sitting.

The desk clerk would not give me a receipt, since I went through Booking.com We were only able to stay two of the three nights, and I wanted to be sure we weren't charged for the third night.

Entrance from Delaware Avenue was not well marked. Didn't know I had to turn into a storage business to get to the hotel. Turned too soon and ended up in the wrong hotel and diner lot. Not everyone uses gps.

Room heater worked. Bed was OK.
No soap tray in shower. The Direct TV version stinks. I don't like Direct TV anyway. Seventy some dollars is too high for one person that doesn't leave the room in a mess. Location is ok but entrance to parking lot is difficult to find, in the dark, at least. Parking lot entrance is unlighted.

Staff was great ! Sleep and room nice …bathroom a bit old but it was clean … several small appliances didn’t work in breakfast area (microwave & toaster) they were new owners & hadn’t realized in the furst week … good selection was good !

The facility felt new. The sheets, beds and pillows were so soft. It was very clean. The price was less than $100, even with taxes, etc.
The driveway location needs a sign. The room was small, but the price was so good I felt that was a small concession to make.

quiet- not many people staying here. in fact, my car was one of three in the parking lot.
Location not much curb appeal. for a 1 night stay this wasn’t a problem.
