The pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual for a continental breakfast. The staff upgraded our room to a suite, because the only other double room they had was directly next to the steps that lead down to the lobby, which was loud. An annoying group was partying outside, but once staff moved us, we couldn’t hear any partying and our view included a pretty fountain and walking trail.

The breakfast area was a gross, sticky mess. There was syrup all over the floor. Another guest and I cleaned it up a little bit because there was no staff attending to the mess or refilling the food. Our room had a straw wrapper left from a previous guest, I pulled out the desk chair to sit down and it was covered in crumbs. I had to go to the front desk both days for towels. The key cards were constantly needing to be re-magnetized over and over. It happened to us, and I heard several other groups go to the front desk and say their cards weren’t working.

I like working with booking.com. that made it really easy. I liked that the Country Inn & suites staff was friendly and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My mom didn't like the pillows, they were too thick and also too squishy. We regretted that we were on the second floor and they were ice machines on the first floor in the third floor. We probably would have enjoyed variety at breakfast instead of having the same three dishes offered.

I appreciate "adult" cold cereals (i.e., Honey Nut Cheerios & Raisin Bran) and that they were name-brand. Good coffee, but would have appreciated Splenda-like (yellow) sweeteners instead of just blue and pink. The bed was super comfortable! We came here the first time during COVID due to the strong "cleanliness" reviews. We have found that to hold true every time we have returned.

Just one minor negative - The TV channel listing, for the most part, did not match up with what was actually available on the TV

Breakfast was fine. Bed was comfy. TV had large screen and many stations, including some Christian ones. Loved the glass shower door, instead of a curtain. Enjoyed the outdoor tables and chairs outside at front of hotel. Booked my stay with Booking.com for 4 nights. Turned out that I could only stay for 2 nights. Hotel only charged my credit card for the two nights and not for 4. Thank you very much!

TV volume as unstable. It became very loud with no warning at times. Difficult to control it. Guide button did not work on tv remote.

Since our granddaughter was with us, we used the pool this time. It was very nice and appreciated. Breakfast selection was good. I noticed an improvement in "adult offerings" for cold cereal. Sugar coated and chocolate covered was still the dominant selection, but oatmeal, raisin bran, and Cheerios showed up too.

Our "haunted" dresser drawers kept opening by themselves. That could be dangerous when making middle of the night bathroom trips. Fortunately we brought along night lights, so we saw the drawers before running into them. I ended up wedging cardboard in the cracks of the drawers to keep them closed.

For starters, we liked the friendly greeting after a long day of travel. Our room was welcoming, fresh, clean, and so comfortable. Especially the beds and pillows.

I eat low carb and missed not having scrambled eggs and sausage/bacon as there is at most hotels. The boiled eggs were rubbery like a bouncy ball. Did not eat

Could use an actual entrance sign to the parking lot. The building is behind another hotel. Also, the walk way and outside tables along the lake behind the hotel were enjoyable. Hotel would benefit by connecting their patio to the walkway and having a key entrance to re-enter without walking around to the front of the building

It's a nice, clean facility. Had everything I needed in convenient places. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Trying to find our way to the hotel...followed directions, gps...you have to go through another parking lot to get to it. No signs that we could see. This happened last time we stayed there. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

The facility and staff were exceptional! Facility was clean and welcoming! Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The physical location is set back off of the street behind another hotel. It was raining and dark when I arrived. I drove past the correct drive twice. Better (bigger/brighter) signage may benefit others in the future. If I were going to be in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast had many great choices and was hot ready early and much appreciated! I didn't like the location so close to the Interstate and not much for restaurants near was not good. I was confused how to get there at first and once I got there it made sense and accessible!
