• Loved that it had a full kitchen and full-size appliances • It was very clean and well-lit • There was plenty of shelves to store clothing and luggage • Great shower pressure

* First floor noise from outside (right next to pool) • Broken/missing blinds that didn't adjust/go up and down • Needs more silverware and glasses/mugs (only 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 coffee mugs, 2 large glasses, etc.) • Bathroom was small (I would redesign to make shelving room smaller and bathroom larger) and didn't have a fan • Only one small mirror in bathroom: needs a full-size mirror in another location so one person can be showering while other is getting dressed and using it * Remotes were confusing and worked intermittently, including the AC remote. Sometimes the AC remote would turn the TV on/off. One Xfinity remote didn't work at all. Roku TV: No cable, so getting local news was a challenge. * Manager off-site, so calling her meant we had to wait 20 minutes to check in.

A gem one block from the beach in close proximity to restaurants right on the beach. Rooms are updated and quite large, this is for those who are looking for a smaller boutique hotel/motel Florida experience, not the 5 star hotel feel. Office isn't open 24/.7 Check-in is done by phone. When you arrive, you'll send your ID and CC, and they will text you back room code and information. The pool was great. I really enjoyed the fact that it was a small hotel/motel which made the pool a lot more enjoyable.

The owners should attache to the booking process on all 3rd party sites a message once booked that explains the check In process I see from the reviews and my own experience it can feel a bit shady when you get there and you're told that you need to send an ID CC via text etc. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay

This property is in a great location. You are right off the beach with easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. You even have a view of the ocean from the second floor. The room was spotless when I walked in, it smelled very clean and everything looked brand new. The room is fairly big, doesn’t feel cramped like other hotel rooms. It had a giant walk in closet before the bathroom which I didn’t know before showing up. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and its bigger than I thought. This is a great room for a couple. The staff was very nice, they let me keep my luggage in the office before check in so I could walk around/go to lunch. If I’m ever visiting again, I’ll be sure to book this property.

Only thing I noticed was wrong with the room was the toilet was very wobbly but it’s an easy fix. Everything else seemed brand new/newly renovated.

Very clean and updated rooms! Good communication with the front desk (through text) with speedy replies. Beds were so comfortable. Air conditioning was superb! Location! Location! Beach was across the street with easy access and the chairs and umbrella were great.

It was a little hard to find the first time only. (just a number in the complex) Couldn’t get the shower water really hot, but some people don’t care for super hot showers.

They need to put a light above the sink in the bathroom… Not enough light in the bathroom The staff was also rough to deal with because of the language barrier so you had to call remote people with requests. The first room I stayed in was number four and the bed was great but the room at number one had a very saggy mattresses.

great location, just across the street, the beach is there. Modern and big appartment, ideal for 1-3 nights I would say. A convinient kitchinette is also set up (at least at apt #12, where we’ve been to) Bathroom was ok, renewed and with a window to ventilate

there’s almost no room to put your clothes, no drawers at all. The closest didnt have any hangers (in fact, there was no bar at all to hang any!) That should be improved. we had to keep our clothes in the luggage. The name of the property it is not shown outside. We arrived late, when it was dark already and it was not easy to find the place

I liked the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, cleanliness of the room. We also liked being able to have the option of checking in early and check out late. Location was also very good.

We could have used a luggage rack in the room for our suitcase instead of placing it on the floor. Also maybe some area rug or carpet in the room would have been nice since it was cold over Christmas Weekend this year.

The staff us very good and helpful...the room us clean and everything works..I'm very happy with the location near the beach and I'm happy to have a kitchen..

I wish there was a security box I wish my king bed was a little more firmer..but it's ok...my back is OK..it will do Other than that, I'll be back again

The staff was great...the room was very comfortable...the facilities was very clean..house service was excellent..I like the idea of a kitchen...good cable TV also..
