Amazing location - steps to the beach. Very clean - also loved that they had a sweeper there in the unit for us to use (very helpful to clean all the sand after a day at the beach) Customer service addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner and they were always very friendly. Laundry on site was a nice bonus. We stayed in unit #4 and it was very spacious for our family of 4. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. It was very quiet inside the unit. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels which was really nice! We would 100% stay here again. We stayed for 8 nights and it very quickly felt like home.

There were 4 of us & photos showed there were supposed to be 4 chairs in the kitchen, however there were only 3. The back patio was not cleaned so we were unable to use it. I did not address it with customer service during our stay - if I did, I am sure they would have addressed it.

The location is great! the room was clean and comfortable. They had beach chairs and towels which made it so convenient to enjoy the beach. We liked that if we had any questions or concerns they were quick to respond. The communication was excellent!

The property was very clean. Only thing is it might need a little touch ups on paint in the bathroom. Nothing that was major, only make it look refreshed! I would ask if they could get better pillows for the master bedroom. It would make a difference in comfort. very minor things that definitely didn’t stop us from enjoying all the rest of our amenities.

Spacious with 2 large rooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 tvs. Large kitchen with all the amenities. Comfortable bed. Attentive staff ( all through phone, no contact).

I wish there had been a list of all the kitchen amenities - we bought a blender but didn't need it as the kitchen had one. There need to be clearer instructions on how to use keypad to enter the apartment. We would not have gained entry except for the help of a neighbor.

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and within walking distance or short car ride to restaurants, stores, etc. The place was very clean and well designed. In the unit, they thought of everything you might need including little things like coffee, salt & pepper, etc. There were plenty of beach towels and even beach chairs. The staff was very interactive and the directions for check in and check out were very clear.

The only difficult part was the air conditioning in our unit. It looked like something was wrong with it and a temporary solution was rigged up. The issue became that part of the unit was cool and another part was not. I am sure they will get this resolved.

a bit noisy as it is on a busy road. the 2-level support model (management team + local housekeeping team) makes it a bit longer to receive services.

This place is excellent! Spacious rooms in immaculate condition. Perfect location across the street from the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, free laundry. We would never stay anywhere else in Pompano.

There is absolutely nothing wrong to be found here

The property was clean and comfortable reminding me of Florida when I was a kid. Great seafood you can walk to. Beach is across the street

Parking can be an issue as some guest can’t understand if you are staying in condo 4 you park in space 4.

The property was beautifully renovated throughout. The kitchen and bathroom were complete updated with new fixtures, and very well stocked. The pool was lovely, and this property was directly across the street from a beach access walkway! The unit provides beach chairs and pool toys.

I found navigating the website to obtain the unit address, my room number, and access codes quite tricky.

This Place was Beautiful Space! Everything about this place is FANTASTIC! Close to the beach! Restaurants are too far away! Amazing place! Will definitely love to stay here again! Would recommend this place!

Checking in was a nightmare week. We arrived an hour and a half and we could not get into the property not even to sit at the pool. Your coding system is awful. The codes don’t work there was no one at the property to give us any information. Very disappointing.Ok
