The owner was kind, came up to check the room out with us to make sure all was well. Also we didn't know you have to pay for ice, but owner came up to room to let us know and gave us quarters to get ice if needed. Cleaning lady came by everyday to see if we needed new towels. Room was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.

The only, not problem, but something worth mentioning, is that the shower is very small. Maybe 3×3. No breakfast or pool but we did notice that when booking.

Just a basic Mom & Pop, old school motel, but well maintained and cared for and owner/manager has a great attitude about his business. AC/heat was good, nice TV, good comfortable beds, nice shower, small bathroom, clean and we were only there for a place to sleep while exhibiting at a local outdoor art show. So it was what we needed at a good value.

Lighting in the stairwell. We're up early, before sunrise. I missed the last step once, no fall, but surprised.

The rooms were clean and simple and the location was very convenient for me. There was a refrigerator and microwave and a decent bed. Plus I loved the benches outside each room. It’s a Veteran owned business, which I like supporting. The owner, Rick, was very personable and made me feel right at home, like I was stepping back in time. I would definitely stay here again!

There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room, but since I can’t do without my morning Java, I always travel with my Keurig.

The location is excellent; you can get to several stores, gas stations, restaurants and the beach easily. Staff was very friendly; they helped us out as much as they could and always made sure we had clean towels. The restrooms are kept in great condition, and the air conditioning works beautifully.

The beds were a little stiff, and the Wi-Fi only seemed to work about 75% of the time.

The location was excellent. Good restaurants were close by and easy access to the beaches and other attractions. We were right on a highway o travel home without getting on the interstate. The owner was very friendly. For the price

For the price it exceeded my expectations. Next time I will request the lower floor. The steps were a bit steep for my comfort.

Great little place! Its old-school, not modern, but we really liked the charm! Its clean and has everything you need in it to be comfortable, and the rates are great! Owners were very kind and helped make accommodations for our very late checkin. Great experience!

The whole experience was great. The owner was absolutely amazing. Great hospitality, excellent customer service. The view from our room was beautiful..palm trees, mango trees, banana trees. It was a beautiful scenery that I cant get in Nebraska where I'm from. It was quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping doesn't come waking you up knocking on your door to clean your room, she waits until you leave for the day. Our vacation was July 11th-15th and I didnt want to leave. The beach is like a mile away..beautiful beautiful. Oh I forgot to mention Dollar General is on the next block..walking distance. Food places up and down the block that you can walk to within 5 minutes. Great location, great motel with excellent service. I would definitely return to Nocturne Motel when even I get a chance to get back to New Symra Beach.

I just think the amount I paid was a bit expensive. I've stayed in other places right on the beach and it was a condo and a lot less money. Other than that it was clean, quiet and comfy

There are not many motels where you can get a room for less than $100 a night , but this is it. No breakfast, but he does make good coffee. Restaurant is within walking distance. Motel is older, but owner has made some updates. Rooms are clean, reasonably priced. The rooms have a refrigerator, and microwave. Beds are comfortable. Owner is friendly, a veteran and gives veterans discounts. Sure, you will find better places to stay, but you'll also pay alot more. So, if you're looking for a basic motel that is clean and comfortable this is the place.

Wifi is weak. Rooms are not insulated very good from the outside noise. However, if you turn on the fan/air conditioner you don't hear it. No hair dryers are included, but this is a basic motel.

Small business. Owned by older guy he is awesome . The value was great was there for the races at New Smyrna Speedway . Room was roomy and very clean.

If I was there with family would definitely want to have a pool , but we were only showering and sleeping and back to track . Great for what me and my son was there for.
