Location, Facilities & View for the Room

Staff, Guests and Check Out time… We feel that we were not welcome because we are hispanic people. One of the maintenance staff asked us and did not trusted us that we were staying there. She was so rude and asked us because we were using the pool restrooms. In addition, the check out is too early (10am) for people that is in vacation. Regularly, the check out in other places is at 11am.

Great Location, huge kitchen with full sized refrigerator, 3 bedrooms, size of unit was excellent, oceanfront view, pool area was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would book that room again.

Air conditioner didn't work. Dishwasher didn't work. Broken windows in bedrooms. The tape job didn't hold up to the 30-50mph winds we had for 4 days straight. You couldn't open up that shutter to fix so we had to stuff towels inside to stop the window from constantly banging and possibly breaking even more. Broken window in master as well. Didn't stay up. No beach access from the pool was inconvenient but understandable due to the steps being damaged.

Great location , we loved it . We came with are autistic 3 year old and it was very comfortable. The room was pretty safe and had a few baby proofed features which we appreciated. The beach access was closed at the hotel but there is a public access one building over so it eas still super easy and convenient to walk o to the beach. The room had everything we need and the hotel had great customer service . We almost extended out trip. We got the two bedroom it ended up having a balcony and partial ocean views . There was plenty of room for our son to play and regulate comfortably.

Easy access from car to room, with bell hop carts for bags/groceries. Loved having a full kitchen and separate bedrooms. Happy to be on the first floor with kid(s). Pool is only 4' deep which was perfect for our family of mixed level swimmers. Very close to Flagler Avenue. We had an early check-out (3 a.m.) and it was easy! Love the text-communication by staff.

Toilet and kitchen plumbing subpar-no pressure/have to flush twice and only cold water in kitchen sink. Slider door sticks/difficult to lock each night. No gate from bottom level patio to pool-have to walk around. Laundry on site, but poor washing-filter/plumbing probably needs to be flushed/cleaned out. Only one kitchen trash bag and only one toilet paper roll in each bathroom. Must walk a few blocks to get refills and that's if the office is still open when you realize you're out.

We LOVED the front desk workers - especially Brittney. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We loved the cottages. They have been newly renovated are are super nice and just our style! Coming back for another trip in a few weeks and staying in the cottages again. conveniently located right on the beach and walking distance to Flagler ave.

The rooms in the main building definitely could use a facelift and deep clean. My understanding is that renovations will start this year sometime which will be beneficial.

There are two very nice pools. They also have a great strip of private beach with covered swings and sun chairs. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. The staff were extremely friendly and checked on us throughout our stay to be sure we were enjoying ourselves.

We would have rated the property a perfect 10, however the furnishings could use updating and there were signs (ex: missing trim in hallways) of care/updating needed and/or in progress. The HVAC was also being worked on resulting in a small portable unit in our suite while keeping the suite cool and comfortable, one bedroom was slightly warm (no issue for us as it is preferred warm by our daughter) and prohibited access to our balcony and ocean view unless we went through our daughters bedroom. We’re not making a big deal, overall it was very nice.

Two pools, one was warmer than the other, so you got to pick which one suited your liking for the day! There was a nice walkway from the hotel down to the beach. Our room was, what I asked for, two bedroom with a kitchenette and worked out great.

There was a portable AC unit in our bedroom, I assume because the main AC unit was struggling with the temps in the low to mid 90's. We also faced the west and the afternoon sun was brutal. We were glad to have the portable unit in our room! It worked great. Some heat reflective window tinting would be well worth the investment.

I liked the location and the size of the room

There were no restaurants and the tiki bar was closed. The staff was inconsistent one person would tell you they are out of towels the next person would tell you you had to fill out a form the same was true for bracelets and at one point I was told I cannot get towels. And they asked me how long I was staying as to whether or not they would give me more towels. One of the elevators was out of service the entire time we were there which made a long wait for the elevator.

This property is right on the ocean. It has two beautiful pools and a sand side sitting area that has a wonderful view. After walking in the sand they have a rinse off station that was very handy.

There are no services at this location. However the front desk will give you whatever you run out of and exchange towels when needed.

The staff is great and very helpful. It’s a great location. nice beach. nice green space to sit and watch the sunrise. the updated bungalows are really nice. it has two pools. the pools could use a little tlc but overall nice and clean. the tiki hut wasn’t open but when it is that will be a nice fun addition.

not much we didn’t like. the pool and main building could use a little tlc remodeling but the bungalows are really nice. and for the price it was a great place and the staff is very helpful and nice. Including the security guard.
