i think there should be better ventilation in the rooms, they should have the option of being able to open the windows for fresh air.

We were close to the kitchen so it was very nosy at night. I would recommend staying on the second floor.

It's a super pretty boutique style hotel in South Beach. We loved the location as it was our second location in Miami beach. First we stayed a bit more to the north where we were more in the middle of the action and then we moved to this hotel which is in a more quiet area of south beach. The mix was perfect for us. Very pretty lobby with complementary water and good coffee in the morning. Really nice outside sitting area. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

The room and doors were not very good in regards to soundproofing. You could hear everything on the hallway almost as if there was no door at all. So depending on the other guests it can be pretty loud here. Luckily we didn't have a lot of issues with that other than 2 or 3 times when people were chatting on the hallway at night or early morning but make sure to bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper 😊 Also, not a con but just an information: it takes time for the water to get warm. it might take up to 5min but it will get warm eventually. I was too inpatient the first day and took a cold shower because I thought it won't get warm, but it did towards the end 😅

Great location, close to everything and quiet. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Modern house, a lot of attention to details. I was in love with the restaurant’s terrace outside.

Our room was small but very nice and cozy. Wifi was not stable all the time. That would be great to have a small fridge in the room, but it is only “nice to have” :) Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thanks!

Comfortable beds and a great set up for a family stay each with own bed. Refreshing not to have a tv in the bedroom. Nicely positioned and decorated

We arrived in the evening and left in the morning (on a layover) so it would have been handy to have a cafe/restaurant on site. The smells (intentional or not) were a bit strong in places for us.

Excellent location, in the quiet part of Collins Ave., 5 minutes walk from Ocean Dr. and the beach The hotel itself is beautiful and very pleasant, the staff is wonderful and the rooms are of a high standard. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby

, Car parking is an issue, not the hotel fault , but parking at Miami beach is expensive

I have stayed at various hotels in South Beach. This hotel is by far the best. The location is quiet but everything you need is within walking distance and Citi Bikes are available for rent nearby. The rooms were clean and functional with very comfortable beds and crisp white bedding. Finally the staff could not have been kinder and more helpful.

It is hard to find anything to criticise so I won't!

3 minutes walk from the best beach, cean rooms, comfortable beds. Staff guys were very friendly and helpful. Shops, bars and restorants in walking distance.

Amazing stay ❤️🏝☀️ the smell and music of this place will stay in my life forever. Ladies that work there are beautiful souls and they are always ready to help. I highly recommend this place

The only thing that bothered me was a poorly soundproofed room, but nevertheless I would choose this place again ☺️
