Beautiful room, nice quiet location, friendly staff. I honestly can't complain - exceeded my expectations, especially for the pricepoint. I would definitely return! The location was also incredible and there were so many cool restaurants and locations within walking distance even!
The literal only thing that bothered me was the strong smell of weed in one of the elevators. It threw me off a little. I understand that this likely wasn't something that the staff could control, but since I saw staff coming in and out of this particular elevator, some air freshener would've been nice.

This courtyard was a comfortable stay. It followed all of the regular standards of Courtyards/Marriotts. Standard fare for business/conference hotel. Clean, spacious and nice rooms. Right next to a few freeway on/off-ramps for accessible driving.
Being next to the freeway, the road noise can be a little too much at night. Parking was onsite, but only for an extra fee each night. That makes a stay in a city where they know you absolutely need a car kinda cost prohibitive...

The location was great for the event we were attending at the Skirball Cultural Center. The pool, lobby, other areas were very nice. Room was nice nice clean.
The room was very small and the AC didn't work well. There were no vents in the bathroom which made it incredibly hot.

It was near all types of shops, food, drinks and a few malls. Very accesible.

This is always my preferred hotel to stay at. Location, cleanliness and staff are always great and accommodating.
This time hotel room bathroom floor was very sticky like it was not properly cleaned and it also smelled of urine.

We were delayed because of a fire on the pass. The person on the desk was very understanding that we were tired and gave us a little upgrade. Quiet room away from others. I never heard noise . We stayed two days. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.

The location is the best that is always why I choose to stay their each time I’m in Sherman Oaks. Have been staying in that same hotel for the past 8 years when traveling. The beds are clean and comfy, lots of towels and toiletries. Parking garage. Great front desk staff. Very accommodating.
What I didn’t like was that I got charged for the boxed water that I did not even touch. I was surprised that happened. I’m sure the cleaning staff had something to do with that.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very professional. They definitely made us feel welcomed.
The outside looked a little sketchy, the parking is strange, and there are blind spots on the bottom. Sometimes people drive super fast around that corner and it could hit someone.
